Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) based systems and methods are disclosed for implementing patient-specific medical adherence intervention. An AI model is trained on a first set of data comprising (1) patient data defining a plurality of medical patients having respective prescribed medications and (2) intervention communication data. During a first iteration of a medication adherence session, a second set of data comprising patient data of a new or existing medical patient is received and input by the AI model to generate a medical adherence intervention prediction defining at least a preferred intervention channel specific to the new or existing medical patient. An electronic medical adherence intervention communication, is generated, and related correspondence is sent, to the new or existing medical patient based on (1) the medical adherence intervention prediction and (2) an intervention template corresponding to the preferred intervention channel.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods are provided for reducing return of prescriptions to stock. The apparatuses, systems and methods provide for one or more processors to: (1) store pharmacy prescription information in a standardized pharmacy format; (2) receive updated information in a non-standardized electronic prescription format for a prescription of a patient; (3) receive patient health record data; (4) generate prescription return to stock prediction data that indicates a probability the prescription of the patient would be returned to stock based upon the electronic prescription data, the patient health record data, and a predictive model; (5) convert the electronic prescription data and the prescription return to stock prediction data to pharmacy prescription information; and (6) generate a pharmacy prescription in a standardized format based on the updated pharmacy prescription information.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for manipulating and accessing a blockchain containing coupon authentication information for coupon processing services to process a coupon maintained by a network of nodes including a first node and a second node. A method may include generating, by the first node, a first coupon transaction that includes a smart coupon contract and broadcasting the first coupon transaction to the second node communicatively coupled to the network. The second node is configured to apply a set of consensus rules to validate the smart coupon contract included in the first coupon transaction prior to adding the first coupon transaction onto the blockchain, causing any one of the network of nodes to execute the smart coupon contract against input data after the first coupon transaction is validated and added onto the blockchain.

Abstract: The following relates generally to voice assisted healthcare. In some embodiments, a digital assistant receives audio data, and determines an intent from the audio data. The digital assistant may then match the determined intent to a flow of a set of flows, where the set of flows may include at least one of: (i) submitting a prescription, (ii) refilling a prescription, (iii) changing a pickup location, (iv) requesting a status update for a prescription, or (v) initiating a pharmacy chat session. The matched flow of the set of flows may then be executed.

Abstract: The following relates generally to facilitating order and delivery of prescription medication. In some embodiments, a first prescription for a first medication of a first patient is received; and a second prescription for a second medication of a second patient is received. A pickup time of a first pharmacy may then be determined by: determining a pickup time for the first medication at the first pharmacy; determining a pickup time for the second medication at the first pharmacy; and selecting, as the pickup time of the first pharmacy, the later of the pickup time for the first medication and the pickup time for the second medication. Identifications of all of: the first patient, the second patient, the first medication, the second medication, the first pharmacy, and the pickup time of the first pharmacy may then be displayed.

Abstract: Example methods and apparatus for combining electronic payment and rewards redemption at retail points of sale are disclosed. A point of sale (POS) system may be configured to facilitate contactless payments while securing customer payment data. When a customer with a payment application installed on a mobile device initiates a transaction, the application obtains reference data associated with a customer account from an account services server of the POS. The reference data is then passed from the application of the mobile device to a POS terminal, such as by near field communication. Upon receiving the token, the POS terminal obtains customer payment data from the account services server and rewards program data for the customer from a rewards program server. Available rewards may be automatically applied prior to processing payment using the payment data to complete the contactless payment transaction.

Abstract: Techniques for generating an irrevocable or guaranteed out-of-pocket (OOP) cost for a patient's prescription prior to the patient submitting the prescription for processing and filling by an enterprise include receiving a request for the OOP cost, obtaining current information corresponding to the patient, and determining the irrevocable OOP cost of the prescription based on the current patient information, one or more constraints set by the enterprise for a given time interval and associated with OOP prescription costs, and changes to characteristic(s) of the patient and/or occurrences of external condition(s) predicted to occur during the given time interval. The irrevocable OOP cost may be charged to the patient for the prescription irrespective of any amount which is provided by the patient's insurance provider to cover the cost of the prescription. The techniques may utilize a set of specially-trained irrevocable OOP cost machine learning models to determine the irrevocable OOP prescription cost.

Abstract: The following relates generally to pharmacy and/or merchandise pickup location selection. In some embodiments, factors are used to determine a pharmacy and/or merchandise pickup location selection for an individual. In this regard, the factors may include: whether the pharmacy and/or merchandise pickup location has a medication in stock; wait time at the pharmacy and/or merchandise pickup location; geographic distance to the individual; travel time from the location of the individual; urgency of filling a prescription; price of a prescription; whether another product or class of products available at the pharmacy and/or merchandise pickup location; and/or whether a locker is available at the pharmacy and/or merchandise pickup location. In some embodiments, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used to create a model of pharmacy and/or merchandise pickup location selection for the individual.

Abstract: Systems and methods for managing and facilitating geofencing features associated with electronic devices are disclosed. According to certain aspects, an entity may own or manage a set of retail stores. A server associated with the entity may receive an estimated location of an electronic device, and may determine that the estimated location is in proximity to one of the set of retail stores. The server may further calculate a geofencing boundary for the retail store based on certain location-based data, and may determine whether the estimated location of the electronic device is within the geofencing boundary. The server may additionally facilitate certain geofencing features based on the determination.

Abstract: Systems and methods may be provided that may enable an individual to retrieve one or more prescription products (e.g., product refills) from a self-service retrieval location such as a counter, drive-thru, drop box, or kiosk. A unique-machine readable code may be associated with a particular one or more prescription products (e.g., associated with a medical prescription of a patient). The unique machine-readable code may be provided to a computing device of the individual, along with an anticipated time of preparedness of the one or more products for retrieval at the retrieval location. Identification of the unique machine-readable code may result in dispensing of the one or more prescription products associated at the retrieval location.
