摘要: Provided is a technology capable of preventing damage to a flexible substrate during a front chassis assembling process. This housing comprises a first frame (40) and a second frame. The first frame (40) includes a rectangular bottom plate portion, and a side plate portion disposed along the outer periphery of the bottom plate portion and perpendicular to the bottom plate portion. The second frame includes a rectangular holding portion and a fixing portion having an outer surface that comes in contact with the inner surface of the side plate portion of the first frame (40). The first frame (40) is fitted onto the second frame such that the bottom plate portion of the first frame (40) faces the holding portion of the second frame. A notched portion (32) is formed at a distal end of the first frame (40) from the bottom plate portion in a first side plate portion (421) of the first frame (40). The notch depth of the notched portion (32) gradually increases from a distal position from a second side plate portion adjacent to the first side plate portion (421) toward a proximal position.

A laser annealing device of the present invention is provided with a mask in which a plurality of openings are formed along the scanning direction, moves a substrate in the scanning direction, and irradiates the substrate with laser light via the openings. 摘要: A display panel comprises: a plurality of pixels formed on a surface of a substrate; one or more drive circuits formed on the surface to supply signals to the pixels lining up; and a plurality of conductor patterns formed on the surface, electrically separated from each other, and each partially configuring the drive circuit. The conductor patterns comprise: a first conductor pattern having a first element forming portion configuring a part of a first circuit element of the drive circuit; and a second conductor pattern having a second element forming portion configuring a part of a second circuit element of the drive circuit. A discharge portion to narrow an interval between the first and second conductor patterns so as to be partially narrower than an interval between the first and second element forming portions is provided to the first conductor pattern and/or the second conductor pattern.

In a portion where the first inorganic protective layer and the first inorganic barrier layer are in direct contact with each other on a lead-out line of the drive circuit layer, the first inorganic barrier layer includes, in a cross-section parallel to a line width direction of the lead-out line, a lateral face having a taper angle of less than 90°.

摘要: A display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention is a display panel having a display region including a plurality of pixels arrayed along a first direction and along a second direction which is different from the first direction, the display panel including a first substrate and a second substrate opposing each other, the first substrate and the second substrate being curved along the first direction. The plurality of pixels include a plurality of central pixels contained in the central portion and a plurality of end pixels contained in the first end portion or the second end portion. The plurality of light shielding portions include a plurality of central light shielding portions contained in the central portion and a plurality of end light shielding portions contained in the first end portion or the second end portion. A width of the plurality of end light shielding portions along the first direction is greater than a width of the plurality of central light shielding portions along the first direction.
