摘要: A blood-pressure-measuring device includes: a feature amount acquisition unit that acquires one or more feature amounts related to estimation of a blood pressure value of a human body; a blood pressure value calculation unit that calculates an estimated blood pressure value based on the feature amount; an actually measured blood pressure value acquisition unit that acquires an actually measured blood pressure value measured by a method different from the calculation by the blood pressure value calculation unit; a calibration determination unit that determines whether or not the feature amount acquired by the feature amount acquisition unit deviates from a predetermined reference value, the calibration determination unit determining to acquire the actually measured blood pressure value when the calibration determination unit has determined that the feature amount deviates; and a calibration processing unit that estimates blood pressure value.

摘要: A sphygmomanometer includes a sensing cuff, and a back plate. The sensing cuff includes a first sheet extending in a circumferential direction of the site to be measured to cross an artery passing portion of the site to be measured, and a second sheet facing the first sheet. The sensing cuff has a bag shape formed by welding the first sheet and the second sheet. The back plate is disposed on the second sheet, extending along the circumferential direction of the site to be measured. A width direction dimension of the back plate measured in a width direction parallel to a direction in which the artery extends, is shorter than a width direction dimension of the sensing cuff, and is further shorter than an inner dimension between welding pools formed at end portions of an internal space of the sensing cuff.

摘要: To provide a technology that can achieve an improvement in the characteristics of a pump configured to pump a fluid by bending vibration of a plate-shaped piezoelectric actuator and downsizing of the pump. A pump structure according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes an actuator capable of bending vibration, a fixing portion disposed to surround the actuator, and a support portion disposed integrally with the fixing portion and the actuator to connect the fixing portion and the actuator, the support portion supporting the actuator to enable the bending vibration with respect to the fixing portion. The actuator and the fixing portion are not similar in shape. The support portion includes a folded portion at which the support portion can be overlapped along the outer shape of the actuator.

摘要: High blood pressure measurement accuracy can be achieved with a blood pressure monitor employing a double cuff structure. A blood pressure monitor of the present invention includes a pressing member that includes a pressure cuff having a bag shape capable of containing fluid and generates a pressing force toward a measurement site of a subject when the pressing member is wound around the measurement site and the pressure cuff is inflated, and a controller that controls an operation of the adjuster such that the fluid is contained in the sensing cuff in an amount corresponding to biometric information about the subject and the pressure cuff is inflated or inflated and deflated in this state when performing a blood pressure measurement, and calculates a blood pressure value of the subject based on an output from the pressure sensor.
