摘要: An evaporator unit for a rooftop air-conditioning system of a vehicle may include a housing having two evaporators. Each evaporator may include a plurality of evaporation pipes running parallel to one another and parallel to a Z axis of the evaporators, a distributor and collector box running parallel to an X axis of the evaporator, and a diverting box running parallel to the X axis of the evaporator. The distributor and collector box may include an inlet connector for liquid refrigerant and an outlet connector for gaseous refrigerant that may be disposed adjacent to one another on a same face side of the distributor and collector box and in a Y axis of the evaporator. The two evaporators may be disposed on both sides of an intake chamber of the evaporator unit and may lay opposite one another in a transverse axis of the evaporator unit. The evaporators may be structurally identical.

The film may have, sequentially, a metal connecting layer, a transitional layer, and a contact layer. The transitional layer may include a carbide containing a metal element. The contact layer may contain DLC (diamond-like carbon) doped with the metal element of the transitional layer, the DLC containing a maximum of 2% hydrogen by weight. An atomic ratio between metal and carbon in the contact layer in terms of a ratio Me/C is equal to or less than 0.1.

摘要: A method for producing a piston with a combustion bowl may include fastening an annular fibrous preform for reinforcing a periphery of the combustion bowl in a casting mold for the piston coaxially with a piston axis in a plane of a piston head. The method may also include introducing a metal melt into the casting mold to produce a piston blank, generating a pressure difference between the metal melt and the fibrous preform for infiltration of the metal melt into the fibrous preform, and machining the piston blank. The fibrous preform may be held in the casting mold by suction tubes in which a negative pressure may prevail such that the metal melt may be sucked into and infiltrate the fibrous preform. At least one section of at least one of the suction tubes may accelerate solidification of the metal melt passing into the suction tube.

摘要: A method for producing a component for a heat exchanger through which fluid flows is provided. A base plate is provided on which there is an adhesive layer formed by glue. A channel plate is placed on the surface of the base plate such that the channel plate is spaced apart from the base plate in at least one channel region to delimit at least one fluid channel, and is bears on the adhesive layer in at least one bonding region to obtain a material bond with the base plate. The channel plate and base plate are clamped together in and by a hot press, such that a material bond is formed between the base plate and the channel plate in the bonding region when the adhesive layer is heated. The base plate and channel plate are placed in a cold press such that the adhesive layer that was heated in the hot press is cooled while the base plate is clamped against the channel plate.
