    Abstract: A method and device for managing tire data. The method includes: after receiving a tire identification reported by a data sending module, a data interaction module or a data monitoring module, and tire usage data of a tire corresponding to the tire identification, correspondingly storing the tire usage data and the tire identification so that the corresponding identification information and the tire usage data can be quickly and efficiently found when a user calls these usage data. The unified management of the related data of the tire provides a data support for the big-data analysis of the tire based on these data, and also enables the unified management of multiple tires and multiple vehicles.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for detecting the mileage of a tyre. The apparatus includes a tyre state detector (100) and a data processor (200). The tyre state detector (100) is configured to detect and send a first identity identifier and state detection parameters of the tyre state detector (100) to the data processor (200); and the data processor (200) is configured to obtain a second identity identifier of the tyre and usage scenario information of the tyre and determine mileage data of the tyre, so as to generate and send tyre mileage detection information corresponding to the tyre. By determining the mileage data of the tyre, and establishing a correspondence relation so as to generate and send the tyre mileage detection information corresponding to the tyre, the detection of the mileage of the tyre can be realized, thereby realizing the intelligent management of the tyre.

    Abstract: The present application provides a programming method and a programming device based on tire pressure sensing, which is related to the technical field of pressure sensing. The programming method includes: transmitting a region identification including at least one of a country, a region and a customer to an intelligent terminal through near-field communication for requesting the intelligent terminal to automatically match a database with the region identification and return a manufacturer code corresponding to a preset vehicle model identification from the database; receiving the manufacturer code sent by the intelligent terminal through near-field communication; and programming the tire pressure sensing device based on the manufacturer code. The programming method avoids an operator frequently manually switching countries, regions and customers on the intelligent terminal to match with the database, and also avoids a situation that the tire pressure sensing device cannot work normally due to error of manual switching.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a tire pressure sensor and a tire valve. The tire pressure sensor includes: a printed circuit board, a battery and a helical antenna assembly, where the printed circuit board, the battery and the helical antenna assembly are processed through an injection molding process to produce a sensor assembly. The helical antenna assembly includes an antenna support and a helical antenna on an outer sidewall of the antenna support. The antenna support is internally hollow, and a helical groove is provided on the outer sidewall of the antenna support. The helical antenna is wound in the helical groove. A plurality of fasteners for fixing the circuit board are at the bottom of the antenna support. A pressure sensing component and an antenna matching circuit are printed on the printed circuit board. The antenna matching circuit is configured to transmit to an input end of the helical antenna a radio frequency signal which is output by the pressure sensing component and obtained by the pressure sensing component modulating a sensed tire pressure signal. The tire pressure sensor can achieve stable signal transmission with smaller volume, lighter weight and more compact structure.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a threaded fixing structure, comprising an inflating valve, a base and a sealing ring, the inflating valve is in threaded connection with the base, the sealing ring is arranged between the inflating valve and the base, after the threaded connection between the inflating valve and the base is completed, a fixed protrusion portion is formed on the surface, attached to the inflating valve, of the base by punching, and the fixed protrusion portion is sunken into the inflating valve to limit the relative rotation between the base and the inflating valve. According to the present invention, the inflating valve and the base are limited and locked with each other through a fixing part, so that the relative rotation between the inflating valve and the base is avoided, the threaded connection between the inflating valve and the base is prevented from loosening, and as a result, the connecting effect of the base and the inflating valve is improved.
