摘要： An arrangement of ducted exhaust equipment enclosures includes a row of electronic equipment enclosures and a vertical wall rising from, and extending along, the tops of the electronic equipment enclosures. Each enclosure includes a frame structure formed from a plurality of support posts and cross members, and a plurality of panels, including a top panel, at least partially enclosing the frame structure and defining a single compartment for mounting an electronic component. The top panel and upper portions of the frame structure form a top of the electronic equipment enclosure, the electronic equipment enclosure top having a rectangular opening therein and also an outer perimeter. The rectangular opening has a front bound, a rear bound, and two side bounds, and has a side-to-side width that is at least 75% of a side-to-side width of the electronic equipment enclosure top perimeter. The vertical wall is formed by a row of air duct panels, each extending upward from a respective electronic equipment enclosure top and forming part of an air duct. The side-to-side width of a lower section of each air duct panel is substantially the same as the side-to-side width of the rectangular opening in the respective electronic equipment enclosure top, an the lower section of each air duct panel is disposed immediately adjacent, and aligned with, the rear bound of the opening in the respective electronic equipment enclosure top such that an interior of the air duct is in direct and unobstructed fluid communication with an interior of the single compartment.

摘要： A caster assembly for installation in an electronic equipment enclosure includes a top plate, a forked support member, and an axled wheel. The top plate is attachable to a frame structure of the electronic equipment enclosure and includes a plurality of countersunk recesses. The forked support member extends downward from the top plate, and the axled wheel is supported on the forked support member. The caster assembly is installable in an assembled electronic equipment enclosure by aligning the countersunk recesses of the top plate beneath mating features at an underside of the frame structure such that, once aligned, the weight of the assembled electronic equipment enclosure retains each mating feature of the frame structure within a respective one of the plurality of countersunk recesses in the top plate, thereby retaining the caster assembly in position to support the assembled electronic equipment enclosure.

摘要： An electrical receptacle unit with locking feature includes a receptacle adapted to be electrically connected to a source of electricity. The receptacle includes an electrical fitting having electrical contacts contained therein and/or extending therefrom, a socket surrounding the electrical fitting, and a plate disposed at a front of the socket. The electrical receptacle unit further includes a locking bracket that includes a central portion having first and second ends, a lock tab extending from a side of the central portion, and a pair of support arms, each extending forwardly from a respective one of the first and second ends. The locking bracket is pivotably secured to the plate, with at least a portion of each support arm positioned within a respective notched area of the plate. The locking bracket is pivotable relative to the plate between a first position, whereby a plug electrically seated within the socket is unobstructed, and a second position, whereby the plug electrically seated within the socket is obstructed from removal by the lock tab.

摘要： A brush port assembly includes a bezel frame and a brush component. The bezel frame is comprised of an elongate body having first and second ends, a top surface, and an underside. The elongate body is formed as a generally enclosed shape that frames an opening, whereby the first and second ends are arranged in an end-to-end relationship with a gap therebetween. The brush component has a spine member from which a plurality of bristles extend. The spine member is secured to the underside of the elongate body such that the bristles substantially entirely cover the opening. The bezel frame is installable, without the aid of tools, along an exposed edge of a brush port opening in a surface of an electronic equipment enclosure. Additionally, the bezel frame is installable around a cable that passes through the brush port opening by maneuvering the cable through the gap.

摘要： A method of installing a cage nut fastener against a frame member without the aid of tools includes: providing a cage nut fastener having a spring cage and a nut prevented from rotation within the spring cage, wherein the spring cage includes first and second lever arms arranged at opposite sides thereof, each lever arm extending in a rearward direction behind a back wall of the spring cage; applying a compression force upon at least one of the lever arms, without the aid of tools, to manipulate the spring cage to a compressed state; positioning a distal end of each of the lever arms through an aperture of the frame member; and releasing the compression force so that a portion of each of the lever arms presses against an edge of the aperture, thereby securing the cage nut fastener against the frame member.
