    摘要: Production of a financial market trading data video streams in a plurality of languages by receiving a financial market analysis result having an analysis type. Producing a sentence text-string corresponding to each of several languages by inserting characteristic information values from the financial market analysis result into a sentence template and translations of the sentence-template. The each said text string is converted into an audio segment and an image segment such that the audio segment and corresponding image segment have equal duration. A video segment is created by combining said audio segment and image segment. For each language of said plurality of languages, the video segments are stitched together thereby producing a financial market trading data video stream for said financial market analysis result.

    摘要: Apparatus and methods for thumbnail generation. In one embodiment, a thumbnail stream is generated where one or more bits are assigned to key frames and minimizes the number of bits assigned to delta frames. Each key frame may be used to extract a still image for use in thumbnails during trick mode operation (e.g., fast forward, rewind, pause, or random seek operation). When the encoded video file is given to a Just in Time Packager (JITP), the JITP extracts the image files (via the key frames). Information regarding how to reference these files is stored in generated manifest file and may be reformatted by the JITP to fit the needs of the current product. In a variant, the JITP reformats the image files extracted from the encoded video for operation on a number of devices.

The jump points include a first jump point identified based on a content viewing profile and a second jump point identified based on a scene information associated with the media asset. Systems and methods are also described to pause the skipping operation at the identified jump points and provide a preview at the respective jump points. Systems and method are further described to identify jump points based on analysis of the portion of the media asset being skipped.

    摘要: Video content may be captured by an image capture device during a capture duration. The video content may include video frames that define visual content viewable as a function of progress through a progress length of the video content. Rotational position information may characterize rotational positions of the image capture device during the capture duration. Time-lapse video frames may be determined from the video frames of the video content based on a spatiotemporal metric. The spatiotemporal metric may characterize spatial smoothness and temporal regularity of the time-lapse video frames. The spatial smoothness may be determined based on the rotational positions of the image capture device corresponding to the time-lapse video frames, and the temporal regularity may be determined based on moments corresponding to the time-lapse video frames. Time-lapse video content may be generated based on the time-lapse video frames.
