Abstract: There is provided an information processing device to realize an interaction with a user in a more preferred manner even in a situation in which an operation is selectively performed on a plurality of visibly presented targets, the information processing device including: a control unit configured to cause a predetermined output unit to display one or more pieces of display information; a detection unit configured to detect an operation for a visible object; and an identification unit configured to identify a candidate for display information serving as a target of the operation in accordance with a detection result of the operation. In a case in which there are a plurality of identified candidates, the control unit controls a display position of at least one candidate such that the plurality of candidates are separated from each other.

Abstract: The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method for controlling display of a screen of a mobile terminal, and a mobile terminal. In the method for controlling the display of the screen of the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal can detect whether a beam emitted by a recognition apparatus arrives. When the mobile terminal detects that a beam arrives, the mobile terminal can determine whether the detected beam is in an inclined state. Once the mobile terminal detects that the beam is in the inclined state, the mobile terminal can adjust a display direction of interface content on a screen of the mobile terminal based on the inclined state of the beam.

Abstract: An augmented reality display system included in a vehicle generates an augmented reality display, on one or more transparent surfaces of the vehicle. The augmented reality display can include an indicator of the vehicle speed which is spatially positioned according to the speed of the vehicle relative to the local speed limit. The augmented reality display can include display elements which conform to environmental objects and can obscure and replace content displayed on the objects. The augmented reality display can include display elements which indicate a position of environmental objects which are obscured from direct perception through the transparent surface. The augmented reality display can include display elements which simulate one or more particular environmental objects in the environment, based on monitoring manual driving performance of the vehicle by a driver. The augmented reality display can include display elements which identify environmental objects and particular zones in the environment.

Abstract: A method is disclosed for improving accuracy of visual field testing in head-mounted displays. The method includes retrieving a visual field testing pattern for a head-mounted display, the visual field testing pattern including icons displayed at respective locations in a visual field of the head-mounted display. The visual field testing pattern is generated on the head-mounted display. Data is retrieved from a tilt sensor, located at the head-mounted display, for detecting degrees of head tilt of a user wearing the head-mounted display and the degree of head tilt is determined. A comparison is made between the degree of head tilt of the user to a first threshold degree. In response to the degree of head tilt of the user meeting or exceeding the first threshold degree, a recommendation to the user is generated for display on the head-mounted display.

Abstract: The display device may include a display unit and a support unit. The display unit is used for displaying patient-end parameter information. The support unit comprises an adapter cover and a rotating unit connected onto the adapter cover. The display unit is fastened and connected onto the adapter cover in a way that allows rotation relative to the rotating unit. The monitor comprises: a master control unit and the display unit, where the master control unit is connected to a patient end via at least one cable, and the display unit is detachably connected to the master control unit. With the implementation of the monitor, the display device thereof, and the monitoring system, the display unit rotates and switches while the position of the connecting cable of the master control unit remains unchanged; corresponding marker display areas and alarm light display areas are lit up after rotating and switching in order to taking into consideration habits of a user.

Abstract: An electronic device, method, and computer program product enable orienting a user interface on a display device to a detected orientation of a face. The display device presents the user interface in a default display orientation. An image capture device captures an image. A memory contains a display orientation application. A controller is communicatively coupled to the display device, the image capture device, and the memory. The controller executes the display orientation application to enable the electronic device to provide functionality of orienting the user interface. The image captured by the image capture device is received and a face is identified within the image. An orientation of the face is determined relative to the default display orientation of the display device. At least a portion of the user interface is presented on the display device in a second display orientation that correlates to the orientation of the face.

The augmented reality module is adapted to determine a position and orientation of the camera of the at least one AR-client based on the position data and orientation data, calculating screen positions of at least one AR object based on the position and orientation of the camera of the at least one AR-client to create at least one AR-overlay, transmitting the at least one AR overlay to at least one AR-client, and the AR-client is adapted to merging the at least one AR-overlay with a picture received from the camera of the at least one AR-client to provide an AR-image, and displaying the AR-image on the display.
