    Abstract: An indoor unit of an air conditioner includes a heat transfer tube and a connection pipe. The connection pipe includes a first connection pipe a liquid pipe and a second connection pipe as a gas pipe. The first connection pipe and the second connection pipe each have a first section and a second section. A contact prevention member is provided in an area where the second section of the first connection pipe and the first section of the second connection pipe approach each other, or in an area where the first section of the first connection pipe and the second section of the second connection pipe approach each other.

    Abstract: There is disclosed an outdoor unit comprising a case provided to define an exterior design and comprising a plurality of side panels having an inlet hole providing a path for sucking external air, a base plate supporting the plurality of the side panels, an upper panel having an outlet hole for discharging the external air sucked via the inlet hole to the outside; a heat-exchanger provided in the case and configured to exchange heat with the external air sucked via the inlet hole; a sliding plate slidingly provided in the base plate and supporting the compressor module and movable via the opening to expose the compressor module outside the case; and a compressor module configured to supply a refrigerant that exchanging heat with the external air to the heat-exchanger, such that the compressor module may be manipulative outside and demounted when the sliding plate is located in the exposure position.

The air conditioner further includes a heat circulation device configured to convey heat energy or cold energy of at least one of the indoor heat exchanger of the first refrigerant circulation system or the indoor heat exchanger of the second refrigerant circulation system into a room.

    Abstract: In one embodiment, an HVAC system includes an indoor unit having an indoor blower, an outdoor unit having a compressor and a condenser, an isolation valve coupled to the outdoor unit, and a sensor to detect a refrigerant leak. The HVAC system further includes one or more controllers operable to generate an alarm in response to the sensor detecting the refrigerant leak, operate the indoor blower in response to generating the alarm, close the isolation valve in response to generating the alarm, and operate the compressor to pump down the refrigerant to the condenser in response to generating the alarm.

    Abstract: An indoor unit of an air conditioner includes a frame of the indoor unit; a heat exchanger mounted on the frame and having a refrigerant pipe in which a refrigerant flows; a hanger plate mounted on a rear surface of the frame and configured to fix the frame onto a wall surface; and a holder plate mounted on a lower portion of the frame and connecting the frame and the hanger plate. An end of the refrigerant pipe is placed in a space formed by the frame, the holder plate, and the hanger plate. The holder plate is movably connected on a lower portion of the frame, so the refrigerant pipe is accessible to a user to perform an operation of connecting or separating the refrigerant pipe to or from a connection pipe connected to an outdoor unit without rotating the frame.

    Abstract: A climate management system includes a conditioning unit having a reversible fan and an enclosure. The enclosure separates an inner space of the enclosure from an external environment while allowing air flow therethrough. The reversible fan is configured to be turned by a fan motor in a first circumferential direction to pull air from the external environment into the inner space of the enclosure. The climate management system includes a monitoring system configured to monitor operational characteristics of the climate management system, and to communicate data feedback corresponding to the operational characteristics. The climate management system includes a controller configured to instruct, based on analysis of the data feedback, the fan motor to turn in a second circumferential direction opposite to the first circumferential direction to push air from the inner space into the external environment.
