    摘要: A wire electric discharge machining apparatus is provided. The wire electric discharge machining apparatus includes an upper support that supports an upper guide unit that guides a wire electrode on an upper side. The upper support includes an arm having a lower end provided with the upper guide unit, an axis drive portion moving the arm in at least one axial direction and made of a material that has a larger coefficient of linear expansion than ceramics, and an adjustment block connecting the arm and the axis drive portion and made of ceramics. The adjustment block is fixed at a position where a displacement of the upper guide unit caused by expansion and contraction of the upper support is suppressed by a bimetal effect occurring on a fastening surface of the axis drive portion and the adjustment block.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a multifunction integrated manufacturing system based on electrical machining, including a robot, a motion control unit, a multifunction composite electrical power supply, a working medium supply and recycle unit, a wire feeding device, a tool holder quick-change clamping unit, an electrical machining tool holder, a welding tool holder, a detection tool holder, and a workbench. By using the robot as an actuator, the system can implement discharge additive manufacturing including arc additive forming and micro electrical discharge deposition forming, discharge subtractive machining including efficient arc machining and precise electrical discharge machining, part joining based on arc surfacing, and online detection based on optical scanning and ultrasonic flaw detection. The present invention has a high integration level, covers machining and manufacturing of difficult-to-machine materials and micro parts, and can implement efficient and precise machining. The present invention can be implemented in a variety of media without environmental restrictions thus having a broad application range and having a strong application prospect in extreme environments such as space and deep sea.

    摘要: An electrochemical discharge machining device includes a base, a sensor disposed on the base, a shaft rotatably disposed on the base, an electrode disposed at one end of the shaft and contacting with a work piece, an isolating element disposed between the sensor and the shaft, and a control module connected to the sensor. Current flows to the electrode via the shaft to machine the work piece, and the force exerted on the electrode by the work piece is transmitted via the shaft and the isolating element to the sensor converting the force into a signal sent to the control module for raising or lowering the base to maintain contact between the electrode and the work piece. The sensor serves as a detecting mechanism to ensure appropriate contact between the electrode and the work piece.
