摘要: Various embodiments are directed to systems and methods for providing employee data corresponding to individual employees to a customer computing entity operated by a customer. The employee data is provided so as to provide additional detail regarding an employee involved in a customer service interaction with the customer. The employee data is broadcast from an employee beacon carried by a respective employee. The employee data is received by a customer computing entity within the broadcast range of the employee beacon and, upon detection of a trigger event, the employee data is presented to the user via a graphical user interface of the customer computing entity, which requests that the customer provide feedback data regarding the employee, which may be transmitted to a management computing entity for storage and analysis.

摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for generating customer experience scores. An example method may include determining, via a processor, a first event impacting one or more users on a network. The example method may also include determining, via the processor, a first time period during which the first event occurs. The example method may also include determining, via the processor, a first number of interactions that occurred during the first time period between the one or more users and a network service provider. The example method may also include determining, via the processor and using a correlation model, a first relationship between the first event and the first number of interactions during the first time period. The example method may also include determining, via the processor, a second event impacting a first user. The example method may also include determining, using the machine learning model and based on the second event, a first metric indicative of an experience of the first user, wherein the first event and second event are a same type of event.

摘要: A method and system for recommending online content based upon the predictive value of reviews provided by third party reviewers correlated to the identity of those reviewers. The correlated data is used to predict how a target user would rate an unrated item, and to make recommendations to the target user.

摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for measuring and validating the reach of podcast media content. The systems and method are realized using a server provided within the podcast distribution network and in communication with podcast host servers, streaming platform servers, social media servers, a first party data aggregator server and a third-party data aggregator server. The system server's processor comprises a data aggregation module (DAM) for capturing podcast information from a third-party data aggregator and validating that “unverified” third-party data against trusted Podcast Information obtained from first-party Podcast Information sources. Additionally, the processor comprises a matching engine configured to automatically generate advertising campaigns connecting advertisers with matching podcasts based on the validated Podcast Information. Furthermore, the processor includes an analytics engine configured to algorithmically develop deeper insights into podcast information using machine learning techniques and generate recommendations for podcasts to improve performance.

摘要: The systems and methods may be used to recommend an item to a consumer. The methods may comprise determining, based on a collaborative filtering algorithm, a consumer relevance value associated with an item, and transmitting, based on the consumer relevance value, information associated with the item to a consumer. A collaborative filtering algorithm may receive as an input a transaction history associated with the consumer, a demographic of the consumer, a consumer profile, a type of transaction account, a transaction account associated with the consumer, a period of time that the consumer has held a transaction account, a size of wallet, and/or a share of wallet. The method may further comprise generating a ranked list of items based upon consumer relevance values, transmitting a ranked list of items to a consumer, and/or re-ranking a ranked list of items based upon a merchant goal.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a product recommendation system and method for recommending products to add to a current transaction. The method includes, during a transaction process for one or more products: computing a parcel attribute of an expected parcel for shipping the one or more products, the parcel attribute being a weight or a dimension of the expected parcel, and identifying an applicable shipping rate for delivering the expected parcel. The method also includes determining an attribute increase threshold that corresponds to an increase in the shipping rate that is within a shipping rate increase threshold, identifying additional products each having a corresponding attribute that is within the attribute increase threshold, and generating a recommendation for the additional products in real-time during the transaction process. Responsive to receiving selection of one of the recommendations, including the corresponding additional product in the transaction process. The transaction is then completed.

摘要: In a general aspect, a method can include receiving, by an electronic device, a visual scene; identifying, by the electronic device, a plurality of elements of the visual scene; and determining, based on the plurality of elements identified in the visual scene, a context of the visual scene. The method can further include applying, based on the determined context of the visual scene, at least one filter to identify at least one element of the plurality of elements corresponding with the at least one filter; and visually indicate, in the visual scene on a display of the electronic device, the at least one element identified using the at least one filter.

摘要: A computer system for recommending merchants to a candidate cardholder is provided. The computer system includes a memory device in communication with a processor. The processor is programmed to receive transaction information for a plurality of cardholders from a payment network. The transaction information includes data relating to purchases made by the cardholders at a plurality of merchants, the purchases satisfying a first criteria. The processor receives candidate cardholder preference information for at least one of the merchants input by the candidate cardholder. The computer system determines a merchant rank for each merchant based on the received transaction information and the candidate cardholder preference information, and determines a neutral merchant rank for each merchant based on the received transaction information and neutral cardholder preferences of the plurality of cardholders. The computer system also determines a merchant score for each of the plurality of merchants by comparing the merchant rank to the neutral merchant rank.
