摘要: An emergency escape slide container includes a first portion having a first end wall and a first side wall, the first side wall and the first end wall defining a first storage space that is sized and shaped to receive an emergency escape slide. The first side wall also includes a first rolling mechanism. The emergency escape slide container also includes a second portion having a second end wall and a second side wall, the second side wall and the second end wall defining a second storage space sized and shaped to receive the emergency escape slide. The second side wall also includes a second rolling mechanism. The first portion and the second portion cooperate to define a third storage space therebetween, the third storage space being equal to a combination of the first storage space and the second storage space.

摘要: An interlock assembly for an aircraft door includes a shaft, an interlock first portion, and an auto-disarm second portion. The shaft is rotatable about the second rotational axis between an armed position and a disarmed position. The shaft includes an interlock cam and an auto-disarming cam. In a first interlock position, the interlock first portion permits rotation of the shaft between the armed position and the disarmed position. In a second interlock position, the interlock first portion prevents rotation of the shaft from the disarmed position to the armed position. In a first auto-disarm position, the auto-disarm second portion permits rotation of the shaft between the armed position and the disarmed position. In a second auto-disarm position, the auto-disarm second portion prevents rotation of the shaft from the disarmed position to the armed position.

The film may be fused to the substrate without an adhesive. A method of forming an inflatable safety product includes forming a fabric or flexible composite material by fusing a film to a substrate without an adhesive.

摘要: A system for releasing a blowout panel and softcover release of an evacuation slide in an aircraft is provided. The system includes a first actuator, a second actuator; and a controller. The controller is configured to receive an indication that an evacuation event has begun; and, responsive to receiving the indication of the evacuation event beginning: send a first signal to the first actuator that magnetizes a first magnetostriction material within the first actuator, thereby releasing the blowout panel of a packboard compartment in which the evacuation slide is present; and send a second signal to the second actuator that magnetizes a second magnetostriction material within the second actuator, thereby releasing a key-loop of lacing associated with the softcover in which the evacuation slide is present in the packboard compartment.

摘要: An aspirator air vent valve may include an air vent valve body coupled with an aspirator body and a pipe fitting. The air vent valve body may include an air vent valve air channel defined by an inner wall of the air vent valve body and disposed between the aspirator body and the pipe fitting. The aspirator air vent valve may further include a vent passage defined by a first vent wall and a second vent wall and disposed between an outer wall and the inner wall of the air vent valve body, wherein the vent passage is in fluid communication with the air vent valve air channel. The aspirator air vent valve may further include a plunger coupled with the air vent valve body.
