摘要: With the splicing get started, braking becomes strong and the old core decelerates, when the capstan roll comes to be free run. The speed reference to the second motor is a summed-up speed of "line speed minus capstan speed" and compensated portion of the tension. At once when the old core starts deceleration, the accumulation roll unit starts moving. The capstan roll is accelerated at a certain rate, when the new core is drawn out, up until the speed reaches "line speed plus overrun speed". When the accumulation roll unit reaches the synchronous position, the overrun becomes "0" and the capstan roll synchronizes with the line speed.

摘要: This invention concerns an image processing system whichis constructed by combining a plurality of image readers for electrically reading an image and producing corresponding image data and printing means provided with sorting means for sorting and stowing sheets carrying formed images into a plurality of discharge paper bins and adapted to form an image on sheets based on said image data received from said image readers. In accordance with this image processing system, the operator is enabled to associate a given sheet bearing an image formed in accordance with an image signal read out by any of the image readers with the particular image reader which has produced the image signal as the source of the image on the sheet. The image processing system, therefore, enhances the efficiency of the operator's work in a great measure.

摘要: A film image projecting apparatus such as a microfilm reader and a microfilm printer adapted to automatically retrieve desired information by searching blip marks provided laterally of frames in a roll film. Conventionally, a roll film containing a plurality of rows of frames has been retrieved in most cases by manually placing a target frame in an exposure section. The known apparatus also has the disadvantage of blip marks becoming displaced from an illuminated area when an image is projected in magnification onto a screen, thereby impairing the retrieval operation. The present invention provides a film image projecting apparatus having means for eliminating this disadvantage. More particularly, the disclosed apparatus comprises a film transport mechanism, a cross slide mechanism, a projecting optical system, and a control device for suitably controlling these elements to enable desired information retrieval. The film image projecting apparatus according to the present invention is particularly suited for retrieving and copying images photographed into a plurality of rows of frames in a roll film.

摘要: The present invention provides an inspection apparatus having a high throughput and high sensitivity with respect to a number of various manufacturing processes and defects of interest in inspection of a specimen such as a semiconductor wafer on which a pattern is formed. The apparatus illuminates with light the specimen having the pattern formed thereon, forms an image of the specimen on an image sensor through a reflective optics, and determines the existence/nonexistence of a defect. The reflective optics has a conjugate pair of Fourier transform optics. An aberration of the reflective optics is corrected off-axis. The reflective optics has a field of view in non-straight-line slit form on the specimen surface. Also, the optics is of a reflection type, includes a conjugate pair of Fourier transform optics and has a field of view in non-straight-line slit form. An optimum wavelength band is selected according to the specimen (FIG. 1).
