    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel including a normal pixel in a display region and a test pixel in a peripheral region, a sensing line coupled to the test pixel, and a sensing circuit configured to sense a mobility characteristic of the test pixel by measuring a current at a source node of the test pixel through the sensing line. The source node of the test pixel is electrically separated from the sensing line in a data writing period of a frame period, and is electrically coupled to the sensing line in an emission period of the frame period.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a pixel, a driving controller that receives an image signal and outputs an image data signal in which the image signal is compensated, and a data driving circuit that provides the pixel with a data signal corresponding to the image data signal. The driving controller includes a memory, a hysteresis calculator that calculates a current hysteresis state value of a current frame based on the image signal and a previous hysteresis state value of a previous frame, which is stored in the memory, and stores the current hysteresis state value in the memory, and a compensator that calculates a compensation value based on the image signal and the previous hysteresis state value stored in the memory and compensates for the image signal depending on the compensation value to output the image data signal.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels respectively connected to a plurality of data lines and a plurality of scan lines, a data driving circuit for driving the plurality of data lines, a scan driving circuit for driving the plurality of scan lines, and a driving controller for receiving a control signal and an image signal and controlling the data driving circuit and the scan driving circuit such that an image is displayed on the display panel. The timing controller generates first output image data based on input image data and sets a driving frequency of the display panel as a first frequency in a first operation mode. The timing controller converts the input image data into second output image data and sets the driving frequency of the display panel as a second frequency lower than the first frequency in a second operation mode.
