The droplet jetting apparatus using electrostatic force includes a lower electrode unit in which a nozzle and a lower electrode positioned in the nozzle equipped in the upper part of a first substrate, and an ink inflow channel equipped in the lower part of the first substrate are integrally formed; an upper electrode unit having an upper electrode formed on the top surface of a second substrate and an ink discharge hole formed by being penetrated to the upper electrode from the bottom surface of the second substrate; and a bonding layer for bonding the lower electrode unit and the upper electrode unit with each other so that the nozzle is vertically aligned with the ink discharge hole. According to this configuration, the ink used in the droplet jetting apparatus is easy to select, the electrostatic force can be efficiently concentrated and manufacturing processes of the droplet jetting apparatus can be simplified.

Disclosed is a method for fabricating a composite material comprising nano carbon and metal or ceramic, in more detail, a method for fabricating a composite material in which metallic or ceramic particles are uniformly dispersed on a nano carbon surface, the method including (1) coating a metal layer on nano carbon, (2) fabricating composite nano powders by performing a thermal treatment for the nano carbon coated with the metal layer, and (3) sintering the composite nano powders, whereby the composite nano powders, in which metallic or ceramic nano powders are uniformly mixed on the surface of the nano carbon, can be easily fabricated, and such composite nano powders can be sintered so as to fabricate the composite material, in which the nano carbon and the metallic or ceramic powders are uniformly dispersed. Also, the use of the composite material can have a great contribution to implementation of high performance, lightweight and size reduction in electric, electronic and vehicle-related fields, in detail, the composite material can be applied to an electrode material with a high conductivity, a thermal interface with a high thermal conductivity, a structural material with a high strength-to-weight ratio, and the like.

Herein, the multi-layered member includes the first and second plates disposed to be separated from and facing each other. At least one of the first and second plates is manufactured with a transparent material to transmit light that is generated from the electro-optic device. Among the first and second plates of the multi-layered member, a plate corresponding to the size of a display apparatus to be manufactured is used. Consequently, by inserting and mounting a small electro-optic device into the internal space of the multi-layered member that is manufactured in a large area, a large-area display apparatus can be manufactured even without using a large-size deposition apparatus and a large-area substrate. Accordingly, the manufacturing cost of the large-area display apparatus can be saved.
