    摘要: A method for switching networks aboard a moving vessel includes determining that a first network-connection device located aboard the moving vessel is communicatively coupled to a first network located off the moving vessel; determining that a second network-connection device aboard the moving vessel is able to communicatively couple to a second network, the second network selected from available networks located off the moving vessel; and connecting the second network-connection device to the second network.The method may further comprise connecting the first network-connection device to the second network; reducing the first communication activity and increasing the second communication activity; receiving an available network control from the network geographic data memory structure, the available network control comprising a list of the one or more available networks; and disconnecting the second network-connection device from the second network in response to the connection value being less than the connection threshold value.

    摘要: There are disclosed devices, system and methods for continual automated discovering of a topology of a computer network of physical network objects for an application. A first physical network object selects portions of sets of data messages being sent over time by the application and related network objects; and collects network configuration and time dimension information, and timeseries information from the portions of messages. A second physical network object receives the information and uses it to determine topology information for the application over time, which includes unique keys of, types of objects of, types of relationships between pairs of, groupings of, time dimension data of and metrics data of the physical network objects. The topology information can be stored; and can be queried to create and display a graph representation of the topology information that changes over time.

    摘要: There is disclosed herein a non-volatile machine-readable medium storing a program, a system and method for enabling proximity-based, peer-to-peer sharing of media in which a first device having a wireless communication surrounding the device detects other wireless devices within the region. Communication connections are formed between the wireless devices and a list of the authenticated connections is maintained. Without input from a user, media is shared between the individual devices on the authenticated connections list and a remote server, subject to permissions pre-set by the individual devices. Devices not included in the list of authenticated connections are blocked from accessing the media. Access to the media is available for a period of time, after which time access to the media is blocked for all devices.

    摘要: Methods to design band-pass acoustic wave microwave filters are disclosed. A performance metric related to an input impedance of a baseline filter design is calculated, the baseline filter design including a plurality of series surface acoustic wave resonators and a plurality of shunt surface acoustic wave resonators, each surface acoustic wave resonator having a respective resonant frequency. One or more alternative filter designs is established, each alternative filter design derived from the baseline filter design by reordering the resonant frequencies of two or more of the plurality of series surface acoustic wave resonators and/or two or more of the plurality of shunt surface acoustic wave resonators. A respective performance metric related to an input impedance of each alternative filter designs is calculated. A final filter design is selected from among the baseline filter design and the alternative filter designs based on the respective performance metrics.

    摘要: There are disclosed methods and apparatus for enhancing the image exposure of image inventories. A frame conversion and packaging machine assigns metadata to each frame of a digital video work. It takes objects that have been detected, recognized and assigned metadata to the objects by the frame slicing and packaging machine and enhances the image exposure and assigns new items of metadata to the enhanced-exposure modified images. The frame conversion and packaging machine then generates a cryptographic hash of the enhanced-exposure modified image's digital file. The frame conversion and packaging machine writes the hash to a node of a transaction processing network. Further, there are disclosed methods and apparatus for conversion of monochromatic image inventories to colored image inventories. A frame color-conversion and packaging machine assigns metadata to each frame of a digital video work. It takes objects that have been detected, recognized and assigned metadata to the objects by the frame slicing and packaging machine and converts the original monochromatic images to fully colorized images and assigns new items of metadata to the color-converted images. The frame color-conversion and packaging machine then generates a cryptographic hash of the color-converted modified image's digital file. The frame color-conversion and packaging machine writes the hash to a node of a transaction processing network.
