    摘要: Systems and methods are provided for power conversion system regulation. A system controller includes: a first signal processing component configured to receive a first signal associated with an auxiliary winding of a power conversion system and generate a second signal based at least in part on the first signal, the power conversion system further including a primary winding and a secondary winding; and a drive component configured to receive the second signal and output a drive signal to open or close a switch to affect a current flowing through the primary winding. The first signal processing component is further configured to: detect a plurality of valleys of the first signal, the plurality of valleys corresponding to a same demagnetization process of the power conversion system; select a valley from the plurality of valleys; and change the second signal at the selected valley.

    摘要: The present invention involves a system and method of providing decision support for assisting medical treatment decision-making. A patient agent software module processes information about a particular patient. A doctor agent software module processes information about a health status of a particular patient, beliefs relating to patient treatments, and the actual effects of treatment decisions. By filtering information over time from the patient agent into the doctor agent, a plurality of decision-outcome nodes are created and formed into a patient-specific outcome tree with the plurality of decision-outcome nodes. An optimal treatment is determined by evaluating the plurality of decision-outcome nodes with a cost per unit change function to output the optimal treatment. When additional information is available from at least one of the patient agent and the doctor agent, the filtering, creating, and determining steps are repeated thus allowing for the system to “reason over time”, continuously updating and learning as new information is received.

    摘要: A system and method are provided for automatically shutting off or reducing power to certain radios in a client device based on collected wireless network quality parameters. The wireless network quality parameters are collected from wireless networks by various client devices in communication with the wireless networks. The client devices report the wireless network quality parameters to a server. The server collects wireless network quality parameters from a plurality of client devices and analyzes the wireless network quality parameters from the plurality of client devices to determine a network quality for the particular wireless networks. The network quality is stored in a network quality database maintained by the server. When it is determined that a device is in an area of weak signal coverage, power to its radio is automatically reduced or shut off until the device leaves the area.
