    摘要: Tube heat exchanger comprising finned tubes, wherein the tubes extend in a certain axial direction and are provided with heat exchange fins. Each fin has a heat exchange surface surrounding a tube that extends in a certain radial direction in relation to the tube and which is relief structured to form grooves spaced apart from one another in said radial direction. The grooves of a fin have different dimensions that decrease on moving away from the tube in said radial direction so as to form a guide for a fluid around the tube.

    摘要: A reinforced thermal module structure includes a radiating fin assembly, a radiating base, and at least one heat pipe. The radiating fin assembly consists of a plurality of stacked and spaced radiating fins, each of which has at least two notches. The heat pipe includes a conducting section in contact with the radiating base, and a heat-dissipating section extended through the radiating fin assembly to connect thereto. The radiating base has at least two support arms for correspondingly engaging with the at least two notches on the radiating fins. The support arms help in enhancing the structural strength, heat conducting efficiency, and heat-dissipating effect of the thermal module structure.

    摘要: An improved heat-radiating fin set formed by combining a heat pipe and several heat-radiating fins can assemble several fins for heat radiation of an electronic component. The improved heat-radiating fin set can be quickly mass-produced in an automatic way to lower the manufacturing and assembly cost without using any solder material for binding. The improved heat-radiating fin set comprises a heat pipe and several fins. A sleeve hole is disposed in each fin. A flange is formed at the edge of each of the sleeve holes. The fins are tightly sleeved with the heat pipe through the sleeve holes with the flanges of the sleeve holes of the fins touching the outer wall of the heat pipe.

The die set for manufacturing fins of heat exchangers, comprising a punch and a die for forming a projected section, which is formed along an edge of a hole bored in a metal plate, into a collar with a prescribed height. The die has a hollow section into which the punch is capable of entering and the outer circumferential face of the punch is a tapered face in the form of a truncated cone. The tapered face faces the inner face of the die when the upper end section of the punch proceeds beyond the upper end of the projected section, which is held between the outer circumferential face of the punch and the inner face of the die, and the projected section so held is extruded by reduction of the distance between the outer circumferential face of the punch and the inner face of the die, which hold the projected section therebetween, caused by movement of the tapered face of the punch into the hollow section of the die.
