摘要: An anti-theft tag which when attached to an article containing a conductive surface properly transmits a signal to a control device to generate an alarm if the article has been taken without permission. The anti-theft tag includes a resonance circuit and a soft magnetic material disposed between an attaching face of the article and the resonance circuit. The soft magnetic material allows the anti-theft tag to provide a resonance frequency which is independent of the material the anti-theft tag is attached to. The soft magnetic material may be composed of, for example, any one of an amorphous alloy, PERMALLOY, electromagnetic soft iron, silicon steel sheet, sendust alloy, Fe--Al alloy, and soft magnetic ferrite. The soft magnetic material may also be a composite material of soft magnetic material flakes and a plastic.

摘要: A theft preventing device comprises: a lock unit 11; and a coupling member 12 having both terminals 12a and 12b which are connected to the lock unit 11, at least one of the terminals being separable from the lock unit. In the device, the inside of the coupling member 12 is filled with a fluid including adhesive material, so that, when the coupling member 12 is damaged, the fluid is splashed out of the coupling member 12 whereby the adhesive material is stuck onto an object or objects around the device. Hence, from detection of the adhesive material, it can be determined who has broken it, and it can be confirmed that the lock unit has been locked.

摘要: An alarm lock comprises a main body, a lock core and an alarm device. The main body is provided with a first axial hole and a second axial hole. The lock core has a body capable of a reciprocating motion in the first axial hole. The lock core further has a lock bolt, a locating member and a locating portion. The lock bolt is capable of a reciprocating motion along with the body while the locating member and the locating portion are intended for locating the lock core. The alarm device is disposed in the main body which is further provided with a third axial hole in which a connection member is disposed slidably. The lock bolt is provided with a driving section which is in turn provided peripherally with a first driving portion, a second driving portion, and a third driving portion. The lock bolt is rotated by a key so as to alter the contact areas between the connection member and the driving portions for locking the alarm lock, with or without the alarm device being ready to trigger when the alarm lock is unlocked.

摘要: A bicycle which sounds an audible signal on motion of the bicycle is described. The alarm system is totally self contained and appropriately attached to the frame of the bicycle. It contains critical delay circuits which gives the bicycle rider the opportunity to arm and disarm the alarm by a key switch without tripping the audible alarm. Additional circuitry prevents the audible alarm from remaining in an on state indefinitely after the alarm is tripped, thereby conserving battery power. Said bicycle includes a motion detection switching means, alarm timer means, limit means and oscillator means all conveniently contained in a compact package. Recent progress in the development of energy efficient audible alarms assures a loud signal on the impermissible motion of the bike.

摘要: An alarm system for detecting movement of an object to which the alarm is attached when the object or the alarm is moved, having a power source which can be a battery, an audio signal means, a detection circuit and a gimbled trip or motion switch. The alarm system can be mounted on a device to be protected from theft and have an electrically conductive chain attached thereto which is connected into the detection circuit so that when the chain is broken the audio signal means will function. The gimbled motion switch is positioned and connected to the detection circuit so that if it is moved, it will cause the detection circuit to function creating an alarm in the form of an audio signal. The entire system can be mounted in a closed locked box which is attached to a valuable object which is to be protected such as a bicycle, business machine or storage box.

摘要: A smart cable lock is provided that is configured to mechanically secure items and provide an automatic determination that securing is achieved. The smart cable may be integrated into a vehicle, or otherwise may communicate with a vehicle. The vehicle includes one or more ports configured to house the cable when not in use. In some embodiments, an accessory includes one or more ports configured to engage with the connector. In some embodiments, the cable is affixed to the vehicle at one end, using a retractor, for example, and can be unspooled, intertwined with equipment, and then secured to a port on the vehicle. The smart cable lock secures and releases a latch based on user indications and authorizations. For example, if the cable is destroyed or damaged, or an unauthorized indication is made, the cable lock system may sound an alarm, or otherwise alert the user.

Furthermore, by equipping the smart helmet with a means to detect the user's body temperature and transitioning the motorcycle to the ignition state only when the measured body temperature is above a predetermined temperature, it is possible to restrict the operation of the motorcycle for users who are not wearing the helmet, encouraging users to comply with traffic regulations.
