    摘要: An electrical connection box includes a fuse box having a bottom wall, the fuse box detachably and attachably accommodating a fuse element; a circuit casing being disposed below the fuse box, the circuit casing having a supporting section on an upper surface therof; the circuit casing accommodating a circuit assembly unit; and a plurality of bus bars electrically connecting between the fuse box and the circuit assembly unit, each bus bar being pulled out from the bottom face and drawn into the circuit casing through a wiring path of bus bar along a lower surface of the bottom wall. A draining space is formed between the fuse box and the circuit casing. The supporting section supports the bus bars from a lower side of the bus bars to at least partially come into contact with the bus bar along the bottom wall.

The drainage channel includes an upper groove which is formed in an upper surface of the bus bar supporting resin body and has an inclined surface on its bottom and a side groove which is communicated with a lowest portion of the inclined surface of the upper groove and is formed on a side of the internal cover.

    摘要: In a fuse box (10) mounted on a battery box (40), a lower end surface (12b) of a peripheral wall (12a) of an upper cover (12) is brought into contact with a bottom wall (13b) of a lower cover (13) that is locked to a case body (11) of the fuse box (10) or brought into contact with a bottom wall (11e) of the case body (11) to form a first watertight portion (A). A peripheral wall (11a) erect on the bottom wall (11e) of the case body (11) is formed by spacing the peripheral wall (11a) at a pressure-reducing gap (S) from an inner surface of the upper cover (12). A rib (11b) formed by outwardly bending an upper end of the peripheral wall (11a) of the case body (11) is projected toward an inner surface of the peripheral wall (12a) of the upper cover (12) to form a second watertight portion (B). The pressure-reducing gap (S) is interposed between the first watertight portion (A) and the second watertight portion (B). The pressure-reducing gap (S) reduces a high pressure of water which has penetrated into the fuse box (10) from the outside through the first watertight portion (A), thus making it impossible for the water to pass through the second watertight portion (B) disposed above the first watertight portion (A).

    摘要: An electrical connector housing includes a lower shell, a connector block and an upper shell. An upper panel of the lower shell includes a first fixing mount and a draw hole, and the upper shell includes an outer side face having a second fixing mount. The upper panel of the lower shell has an inner face including a rib which is placed near the draw hole and extends towards the side panel of the lower shell while surrounding the draw hole. Likewise, the upper face of the connector block includes a pair of partition walls at a position corresponding to that of the rib, so that, when the connector block is inserted into the lower shell, the partition walls are closely superposed on the rib, and a draining space is formed away from a space for fixture ports for electrical parts, and leads to the drain hole. Such a configuration prevents the electrical connector housing from becoming too large and too costly. Such a housing structure also provides a better waterproofing quality.
