摘要: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for tracking and tagging communication using electronic non-fungible resources within a distributed network. The present invention is configured to receive an indication of an entity-initiated communication to a user via a user input device; trigger a communication tracking and tagging engine; determine that the entity-initiated communication is associated with an ongoing unresolved issue; retrieve, from a distributed ledger, an NFT for the ongoing unresolved issue using the NFT identifier for the ongoing unresolved issue; transmit control signals configured to cause a resource transfer instrument associated with the user to display the description of the ongoing unresolved issue; receive, via the resource transfer instrument, a user input acknowledging the entity-initiated communication; and authorize the entity-initiated communication to the user via the user input device based on at least receiving the user input.

摘要: A system for managing a financial account in a low cash mode. The system may include a memory storing instructions, and a processor configured to execute the instructions to perform operations. The operations may include providing an interface; providing a notification to a user when a balance in the first account is deemed to be in low cash mode; presenting, when the first account balance is deemed to be in low cash mode, an option for a transfer request; receiving, a selection of the option for the transfer request to connect the first account with a second account; transferring funds from the second account to the first account; notifying the user that funds have been transferred from the second account to the first account; and further notifying the user that the balance in the first account is greater than the threshold value.

摘要: An apparatus including a central system, a transaction processor, a database storing a set of business rules, and a point-of-sale computer system. The central system in operable communication with the transaction processor, the database, and the point-of-sale computer system. The central system is configured to receive a primary transaction data in response to a primary transaction being initiated between a first entity and a second entity. The second entity is associated with the point-of-sale computer system. The central system is configured to obtain from the primary transaction data at least one of: (i) a primary transaction value, (ii) one or more products purchased in the primary transaction, (iii) a location of purchase, and (iv) an account identifier and determine, based on the primary transaction data, a supplemental transaction value associated with a supplemental transaction based on a first business rule of the set of business rules stored in the database.

摘要: A transaction card includes a near-field communication (NFC) component, a security component, a wireless component, one or more memories, and one or more processors communicatively coupled to the one or more memories. The device receives a signal from a user device attempting to access a secure application, and energizes the NFC component based on the signal received from the user device. The device causes the security component to generate an encrypted code based on the NFC component being energized, and provides, via the security component, the encrypted code to the wireless component. The device provides, via the wireless component, the encrypted code to the user device to permit the user device to utilize the encrypted code as authentication for accessing the secure application.

摘要: Techniques are provided for fallback authorization routing. A merchant processor may receive authorization requests from one or more merchant systems. These authorization requests may be to authorize a transaction. The merchant processor may transmit these authorization requests over a first communication channel to an acquirer processor, which may then forward the requests to a payment network. If the merchant processor determines that the acquirer processor is not receiving the authorization requests, or is otherwise unavailable, the merchant processor may, as a fallback, transmit the authorization requests directly to the payment network through a second communication channel, thereby bypassing the acquirer processor. When the merchant processor receives some indication that the acquirer processor is available to process authorization requests, new authorization requests can be transmitted to the acquirer processor via the first communication channel.

摘要: A method performed by a provider computing system includes training one or more artificial intelligence (AI) models to generate task prompts, receiving a requested action from a customer, determining contextual information about a plurality of customer devices, generating a task prompt using the one or more AI models, generating an interaction board accessible by the customer via a customer device and accessible by an employee via an employee device, receiving an indication that the customer pre-task has been completed prior to a customer interaction at a branch location, updating the interaction board to indicate that the customer pre-task has been completed prior to the customer interaction, receiving information associated with the requested action from the customer device during the customer interaction, and updating the interaction board to include the information received from the customer device during the customer interaction.
