Abstract:
A portable stamp has a stamp housing, and a driving member, an ink member with an ink pad and a stamp seat for mounting a stamp pad mounted in the stamp housing. An operating member is mounted through a guiding slot of the stamp housing and is connected to the driving member. Each of the ink member and the stamp seat is pivotally connected to the driving member via a pivot rod and a torsion spring. By pushing the driving member, the ink member and the stamp seat can be driven to selectively pivot out of the stamp housing or be folded in the stamp housing. When the portable stamp is folded, a stamping surface of the stamp pad that is mounted on the stamp seat is sure to touch the ink pad of the ink member and be coated with the ink uniformly.
Abstract:
A stamp-face platemaking device transports a medium holder inserted into a plate insertion portion to a printing unit. The medium holder holds a stamp face material at a center portion of a plate-like member, and has a cutout portion in one side end portion thereof. An optical sensor detects the top end portion of the medium holder on a sensor scanning line in the inserting direction, and the cutout start point and the cutout end point of the cutout portion. The size of the stamp face material in the inserting direction and/or the size of the stamp face material in a direction perpendicular to the inserting direction are set based on the positions of two of the detected end portions. When the cutout end point is detected, platemaking with the stamp face material is started. The cutout portion can have a wedge-like shape or a U-shape, or can change its positions and/or sizes.
Abstract:
A sock identification kit includes a housing configured to secure a plurality of ink stamps, a stamp holding device, at least one ink well, and a cleaning member. The stamp holding device includes a handle, actuation assembly, and a pair of clamping members that may be selectively actuated to move the clamping members between open and closed configurations. Accordingly, a selected stamp may be securely removed from the housing, used to imprint ink upon a fabric, and then replaced without ever touching a potentially ink stained stamp with one's hand.
Abstract:
A method of producing a porous molded part includes a mixing process for mixing a granular porous organizer composed of a water-soluble compound, a porous forming assistant agent composed of a polyhydric alcohol, and a cross-linking agent composed of an organic peroxide with a thermoplastic resin composition having a glass transition temperature below 0° C. to obtain a molding material; a cross-linking and forming process for placing the molding material in a molding die and performing a heat press molding thereby progressing coincidentally a cross-linking reaction and a shape forming of a seal face to obtain a molded material; an extracting process for extracting the granular porous organizer from the molded material obtained in the cross-linking and forming process to obtain a porous molded part; and a drying process for drying the porous molded part obtained in the extracting process.
Abstract:
An ink-storage unit for a hand stamp includes a retainer in which a storage body is arranged, and a frame in which a printing plate is arranged. The frame sits in a provisional mounting position on the retainer, in which position the storage body and the printing plate are held at a distance from each other, and the frame can be moved into a final mounting position on the retainer, in which position the storage body and the printing plate lie against each other, wherein the storage body is fixed in the retainer by at least one engaging part.
Abstract:
The invention describes a stamp, a printing unit, a semi-finished product, a stamp cartridge and a process for saturating an ink storage body with stamp ink. The stamp includes a printing unit and an actuator unit. A printing plate arranged in or on the printing unit can be moved from a neutral position into a printing position against a resetting force. The printing unit is arranged with a housing, including an element featuring a pan bottom and at least one contiguous lateral wall stabilizing an ink storage body for receiving stamp ink, with a printing plate abutting against ink storage body for accepting stamp ink, and with at least the pan bottom formed to be liquid-tight. The support element features at least one sealable opening to connect with an actuator unit and/or which serves as a refill opening for stamp ink.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a stamp comprising a printing unit, an actuator unit and a connecting element, wherein the printing unit is connected to the actuator unit by means of connecting element, wherein the printing unit further features a support element and a printing plate the cross section of which is round and the printing plate is stabilized by support element and wherein the printing unit is moveable from a neutral setting into a print setting through axial displacement by means of the actuator unit Printing plate can be moved further by axial displacement into positioning setting wherein printing plate can be rotated in its angular position relative to actuator unit.
Abstract:
A bonded microporous synthetic rubber, used in the manufacturing of pre-inked stamps and more specifically in the manufacturing of flash preink stamps, is disclosed. The bonded microporous synthetic rubber is made by gluing synthetic rubber with a polypropylene foam using synthetic glue. A tracing sheet containing the image of the desired text of the stamp is placed on the microporous synthetic rubber and it is exposed in a flash stamp system (with Xenon tubes) which delivers an intense burst of light that seals the non- printing area, thereby producing an image of precise resolution. After producing the image, the bonded microporous synthetic rubber is glued to a refillable stamp mount/pocket stamp mount. The refillable stamp mount includes an inking tube through which flash ink is poured. The bonded microporous synthetic rubber has good ink absorption and retention and thus in turn supports a greater number of impressions per inking.
