    摘要: A bracket-equipped vibration-damping device including: a vibration-damping device main body including vertically-separated, elastically-connected first and second mounting members; a bracket receiving the device main body inserted laterally thereinto; a connection-insert section provided for the second mounting member; a connection groove provided for the bracket extending in an insertion direction of the device main body; at least one up-down urging rubber fixed on an outer surface of the connection-insert section on an upper-lower first side; and a lock protrusion formed on an inner surface of the connection groove on an upper-lower second side, with a smaller protrusion dimension than an up-down thickness of the up-down urging rubber such that the connection-insert section is laterally inserted into the connection groove beyond the lock protrusion before being urged to the second side by the up-down urging rubber to be positioned to the connection groove.

    摘要: A manufacturing process for filler tube includes: a workpiece arrangement step of arranging a workpiece onto an outer peripheral mold not only to axially lock a to-be-locked portion with respect to a locking portion but also so as to make the outer peripheral mold, which is set at a predetermined temperature, support a cylinder-shaped body of the workpiece on the outer peripheral face; and a flare-molding step of flare molding a flange by inserting an inner peripheral mold, which is set at a higher temperature than the predetermined temperature of the outer peripheral mold, into a to-be-molded portion on the inner peripheral side, and by relatively moving the outer peripheral mold and the inner peripheral mold in the axial direction to make a counter-welding-face forming portion and a welding-face forming portion clamp the to-be-molded portion between them in the axial direction.

    摘要: A vibration-damping support device including: an inner shaft member to be attached to a first connection target; upper and lower mount rubbers externally fitted onto the inner shaft member; and upper and lower restraining members bonded to the upper and lower mount rubbers respectively and configured to be superposed against the second connection target. The upper and lower restraining members are configured to project to a peripherally inside of an opening edge of a mounting hole of the second connection target so that the upper and lower restraining members overlap with each other as viewed in axial direction there. The lower mount rubber includes a slot extending annularly on its outer periphery and an inner peripheral convex part projecting inward from an inside of the slot so as to have a curved shape that is convex inward at the inside of the slot.

    摘要: A bracket-equipped vibration-damping device including: a vibration-damping device main unit including first and second mounting members disposed separately from each other vertically and connected by a main rubber elastic body mutually and elastically; and a bracket mounted to the device main unit in a state that the bracket is fixed to the second mounting member inserted into the bracket laterally. A guide part of the second mounting member is inserted into a guide groove of the bracket extending in an insertion direction to be positioned vertically. The bracket includes a compression wall surface superposed to at least one of upper and lower end surfaces of the device main unit. A groove width inner surface of the guide groove opposite vertically to the compression wall surface is tilted to the compression wall surface so that the surfaces approach each other vertically toward the insertion direction.

    摘要: A fluid-filled vibration damping device including a vibration damping device main unit which has a main rubber elastic body elastically connecting first and second mounting members, and a fluid chamber whose wall is partially constituted by the main rubber elastic body. The vibration damping device main unit further includes a temporary joint member locked on the second mounting member and temporarily coupled thereto in an axial direction, and an annular sealing part provided to the temporary joint member and overlapped on the second mounting member in the axial direction with a sealing rubber sandwiched therebetween for achieving a temporary seal. A sealing coupling member is mounted on the second mounting member while exerting a pressing force in a direction of overlapping on the second mounting member and the temporary joint member for increasing a compression ratio of the sealing rubber and achieving a full seal.
