Abstract: The present invention discloses a light emitting diode (LED) backlight device and LED display device, including a plurality of backlight partitions; a reflective material layer covering a surface of the backlight substrate; a plurality of metal traces disposed within the backlight partitions and disposed between the backlight substrate and the reflective material layer; a plurality of pad openings penetrating from a surface of the reflective material layer to a surface of the metal traces. An orthographic projection of the pad openings projected toward the backlight substrate is completely within an area of the metal traces; and a plurality of solder paste application regions located in the pad openings. The LED display device assembled by the LED backlight device according to the present invention improves the yield of solder paste printing and die bonding, improves the light reflection, reduces the loss of light energy, and improves the light efficiency.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display device is provided. The liquid crystal display device comprises a liquid crystal cell and a backlight module, and the liquid crystal cell comprises a color filter, an array substrate, a liquid crystal layer, an upper polarizer, and a lower polarizer. The color filter comprises a glass substrate, a plurality of black matrixes, and a plurality of color blocks, and the color blocks are doped with infrared quantum dots, the array substrate comprises a plurality of infrared sensing layers, the infrared sensing layers are located within corresponding shielding areas of the array substrate on which the black matrixes project. The in-panel recognition can be implemented through integrating the infrared quantum dots in the color blocks of the liquid crystal display device and disposing the infrared sensing layers in the shielding areas of the array substrate.

Abstract: The present invention provides a color conversion layer, a manufacturing method of the color conversion layer, and a display panel. The color conversion layer is used in a display panel having a direct surface light source. The color conversion layer includes a quantum dot film and a functional film. The functional film is arranged at one side of the quantum dot film facing the direct surface light source. A light wave emitted by the direct surface light source is transmitted through the functional film into the quantum dot film. A light wave excited by the quantum dot film is reflected into the quantum dot film through the functional film.

Abstract: Disclosed is a backlight test circuit including N circuit blocks. Each circuit block includes M mini-LED circuits, and each mini-LED circuit includes L mini-LEDs and a switching circuit. The L mini-LEDs are connected in parallel or in serial as a mini-LED set. The switching circuit controls the turning on and the turning off of the mini-LED set according to a control signal. N, M and L are positive integers. During a backlight test, in each circuit block, at least one of the mini-LED sets is turned on. By using this backlight test circuit, the abnormal mini-LED circuit can be found. Thus, a producer can only execute a rework process for the abnormal mini-LED circuit without extra cost.

Abstract: The invention provides a backlight module, using blue backlight to excite the red, green QD films to obtain red and green fluorescence; and disposing two metal wire grids on both sides of the green QD film to form a Fabry-Perot cavity, the Fabry-Perot cavity able to select and enhance luminance intensity of a specific wavelength selected from the green light emitted by the green QD film so as to improve color purity and luminous intensity of the green light, and thus increase the color gamut of the backlight module, as well as improve the luminous efficiency of the green QD film, and significantly improve the low efficiency problem of fluorescence QD film. Moreover, the metal wire grid may form a brightness enhancing structure with the reflective layer of the backlight module to save setting up a brightness enhancing structure and reduce the thickness of the backlight module.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display panel and the polarizer thereof. The polarizer includes a dielectric layer and a wire grid structure array arranged on the dielectric layer.
