    Abstract: A CSI-RS indicating method and a device are provided. The method includes: receiving paging DCI, wherein the paging DCI indicates one or more of the following: whether to transmit CSI-RS; whether to update CSI-RS configuration information; and whether to update system information, the system information including the CSI-RS configuration information.
