    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display apparatus includes providing a substrate, forming a display unit defining an opening portion in a display region over the substrate, forming a thin film encapsulation layer to seal the display unit, forming a touch electrode over the thin film encapsulation layer, forming a touch insulating film covering the touch electrode such that the thin film encapsulation layer and the touch insulating film are sequentially stacked and formed over the substrate in the opening portion, forming a touch contact hole by removing a portion of the touch insulating film to expose a portion of the touch electrode, and removing a portion of the touch insulating film and a portion of the thin film encapsulation layer formed in the opening portion to expose a portion of the substrate during the forming of the touch contact hole.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the OLED display includes a pixel disposed over a substrate, the pixel including a first region configured to generate an image and a second region configured to transmit external light. The pixel also includes a first transistor including a first active layer disposed in the first region, a first gate electrode disposed over the first active layer and insulated from the first active layer, and at least one electrode pattern disposed over the first gate electrode and electrically connected to the first active layer. A first insulation layer is disposed between the first gate electrode and the electrode pattern, the first insulation layer including a lower insulation layer and an upper insulation layer disposed over the lower insulation layer.

    Abstract: A touch screen panel for a display device and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the touch screen panel includes a touch substrate including a touch non-recognizing area and a touch recognizing area, and a peripheral wiring formed over the touch non-recognizing area. The peripheral wiring includes a first peripheral layer, a transparent peripheral layer formed over the first peripheral layer, a second peripheral layer formed over the transparent peripheral layer, and a corrosion stop layer formed over the second peripheral layer so as to prevent corrosion. The panel also includes a sensing electrode formed over the touch recognizing area. The sensing electrode includes a first sensing layer formed on the same layer as the first peripheral layer and a transparent sensing layer formed over the first sensing layer and formed on the same layer as the transparent peripheral layer.
