Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A receiving device (e.g., a sidelink user equipment (UE), such as a first UE) may receive sidelink communications from a second UE via a sidelink channel. The receiving device may transmit a feedback message to the second UE via a sidelink feedback channel using a first resource configuration, the feedback message based at least in part on the sidelink communications. The receiving device may identify a second resource configuration of the sidelink feedback channel associated with sidelink communications via the sidelink feedback channel. The receiving device may perform the sidelink communications with the second UE via the sidelink feedback channel using the second resource configuration of the sidelink feedback channel.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a wireless node establishes sidelink connections with a set of UEs. The wireless node transmits, to a network component, a request for sidelink resources for a sidelink position estimation procedure associated with the set of UEs. The network component determines an available sidelink resource pool for the sidelink position estimation procedure in response to the request. The network component transmits, to the wireless node in response to the request, an indication of the available sidelink resource pool for the sidelink position estimation procedure. The wireless node transmits, to each UE in the set of UEs, a sidelink resource configuration that is based on the available sidelink resource pool for the sidelink position estimation procedure.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first network entity may receive, from a second network entity, an indication of a first frequency offset associated with the second network entity. In some aspects, the first network entity may receive, from the second network entity, a first transmission including a first communication and a first helper signal that are separated in a frequency domain based on the first frequency offset. In some aspects, the first network entity may decode, via envelope tracking, the first transmission to obtain the first communication from the first transmission. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a reader device may transmit a delta message that indicates a frequency difference between a data tone frequency for the reader device and a helper tone frequency. The reader device may transmit a data tone signal at the data tone frequency and a helper tone signal at the helper tone frequency. The helper tone signal may be a waveform that is shared among multiple reader devices. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some wireless communications systems may support the transmission of a scheduling request via a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH). In some cases, a user equipment (UE) may determine a configuration of a set of PSFCH resource blocks (RBs). The UE may receive a first bit map that may indicate a subset of the set of PSFCH RBs allocated for transmitting a scheduling request on the PSFCH, and the UE may receive a second bit map that may indicate a second subset of the PSFCH RBs allocated for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) messages. The UE may transmit a scheduling request via one or more RBs of the first subset of the PSFCH RBs. In some cases, the UE may generate a waveform for transmitting the scheduling request message, and the waveform may be based on the number of RBs selected.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for accelerated shadow ray traversal for a hierarchical structure for ray tracing. For instance, a process can include obtaining a hierarchical acceleration data structure, the hierarchical acceleration data structure including one or more primitives of a scene object. Two or more nodes included in a same level of the hierarchical acceleration data structure can be sorted into a sort order, the sort order based on a sorting parameter value determined for each respective node of the two or more nodes. The sorting parameter value can be associated with a probability of determining a ray-opaque primitive intersection for each respective node of the two or more nodes. An intersection between a shadow ray and an opaque primitive included in a node of the two or more nodes can be determined based on traversing the hierarchical acceleration data structure using the sort order.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network node, scheduling information scheduling one or more communications. The one or more communications may be scheduled over one or more of a sidelink, an uplink, or a downlink. The scheduling information may provide one or more of a transmission parameter for the one or more communications or a reception parameter for the one or more communications. The UE may communicate the one or more communications based at least in part on the one or more of the transmission parameter or the reception parameter. Numerous other aspects are described.
