Abstract: The disclosure relates to methods, devices, and systems for wireless communications. In some wireless communications systems, a base station may transmit a multicast message to a group of user equipment (UEs), and the UEs may provide feedback for the multicast message. In some implementations, the base station may configure the UEs to transmit feedback for multicast messages. In some example, the UEs may transmit group-negative acknowledgment (NACK) feedback information for multicast messages that are not successfully received at the UEs. In some other examples, each UE may be configured with UE-specific uplink control channel resources for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for a multicast message. In some implementations, a UE may support feedback for both unicast and multicast messages. The semi-static codebook for unicast, multicast, or both may account for whether the UE is capable of concurrently receiving unicast and multicast messages in a slot.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first control message indicating an uplink power control configuration for the UE. The uplink power control configuration may be associated with a power control identifier and a resource set identifier. The UE may receive a second control message that schedules an uplink message for the UE. The second control message may indicate the resource set identifier and the power control identifier for transmission of the uplink message. The UE may determine a transmit power for the uplink message based on a set of power control parameters, the set of power control parameters corresponding to the resource set identifier and the power control identifier. The UE may transmit the uplink message using a resource set associated with the resource set identifier and in accordance with the determined transmit power.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or TRP. In one aspect, the apparatus can receive, on a first CC, first DCI from a first TRP and second DCI from a second TRP, the first DCI indicating one of a first set of TCI states and the second DCI indicating one of a second set of TCI states. The apparatus can also receive, on a second CC, a first PDSCH from the first TRP and a second PDSCH from the second TRP, a first time offset being between the first DCI and the first PDSCH and a second time offset being between the second DCI and the second PDSCH. The apparatus can also determine a QCL assumption based on at least one of the first time offset, the second time offset, and a QCL time duration.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, and computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing cross-carrier scheduling by a processor of a wireless device. In one aspect, a wireless device may determine that a scheduled cell is configured to be scheduled by a scheduling cell. The wireless device may receive downlink control information (DCI) from a scheduling cell. The wireless device may determine an association of the DCI and an index based on the received DCI. The wireless device may perform cross-carrier scheduling of communications with a first transmit-receive point (TRP) or a second TRP based on the DCI and the associated index.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The method includes receiving, from a base station and at the UE of a group of UEs, control signaling indicating a link between a first search space set and a second search space set used for a multicast broadcast service, where a first downlink control channel for the group of UEs is transmitted in the first search space set and a second downlink control channel is transmitted in the second search space set, monitoring the first search space set for a first instance of control information in the first downlink control channel and the second search space set for a second instance of the control information in the second downlink control channel, and decoding the first instance or the second instance of the control information, or both, based on the monitoring.

Time domain resource assignment for multiple cells scheduled by a single downlink control information message

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a single downlink control information (DCI) message that schedules communications on multiple cells, wherein the single DCI message indicates multiple time domain resource assignments (TDRAs) corresponding to the multiple cells, wherein each of the multiple TDRAs corresponds to a different scheduled communication; and communicate using the multiple TDRAs corresponding to the multiple cells, wherein the communicating comprises: transmitting the communications using the multiple TDRAs corresponding to the multiple cells, or receiving the communications using the multiple TDRAs corresponding to the multiple cells. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may order assignment indicator values for transmissions for use by feedback information in a feedback message. The UE may receive, during a monitoring occasion, a first control information over a first serving cell and a second control information over a second serving cell, where each control information schedules a respective transmission for a scheduled serving cell. The UE may order assignment indicator values for the transmissions based on indexes associated with the first and second serving cells (e.g., scheduling serving cells), an index associated with the scheduled serving cell, a start time of the transmissions, or some combination thereof, among other examples. The assignment indicator values may be associated with hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ/ACK) feedback, such that the UE may use the assignment indicator values to construct and transmit a feedback message.

Dynamic hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) codebook for multi-transmit receive point (TRP) communication

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for wireless communication. In one aspect, a multi-transmit-receive point (TRP) approach for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgment (ACK) feedback using counter downlink assignment indicators (DAIs) (cDAIs) and total DAIs (tDAIs) is provided. For example, some techniques and apparatuses described herein may provide a joint counting method in which cDAIs and tDAIs are implemented and tracked jointly between the TRPs of a multi-TRP group. This may be useful in the ideal backhaul scenario when the multi-TRP group is jointly scheduled, and may be more robust against errors than a separate counting method. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein may provide a separate counting method, in which cDAIs and tDAIs are implemented and tracked separately by the respective TRPs of a multi-TRP group.
