    Abstract: Arrangements of the present disclosure relate to an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate includes a circuit region and a boundary region. The circuit region includes a plurality of stacked conductive layers and an interlayer dielectric disposed between every two adjacent conductive layers. One or more first via holes are provided on the interlayer dielectric. The boundary region is disposed outside the circuit region. One or more second via holes for improving uniformity of the first via holes in the circuit region are disposed within a preset range of the boundary region close to one side of the circuit region. The second via holes and the first via holes are disposed on the same interlayer dielectric.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a display controller and a display device, and relates to the field of display technology. The display device includes a display panel and a display controller, and the display controller includes a display driver, data storage, mode trigger and mode controller. The output terminal of the mode trigger is connected to the input terminal of the mode controller, the output terminal of the mode controller is connected to the control terminal of a signal switcher and the control terminal of the display driver, the output terminal of the signal switcher is connected to a normal display signal terminal and a standby display signal terminal connected to the data storage, and the normal display signal terminal and the standby display signal terminal are connected to the input terminal of the display driver. The display device provided by the disclosure may be used for standby display.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a thin film transistor, an array substrate and a display device. The thin film transistor includes an active layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode. The active layer includes a source electrode contact region, a drain electrode contact region, and a semiconductor channel region arranged therebetween. A conductive layer is provided on the semiconductor channel region and is spaced apart from the source electrode and the drain electrode. The semiconductor channel region is U-shaped when viewed in a plane view of the pixel thin film transistor, and the source electrode includes a U-shaped part corresponding to the U-shaped semiconductor channel region. The conductive layer includes at least one conductive part, and the at least one conductive part is arranged between one end of the drain electrode and the U-shaped part of the source electrode.

    Abstract: An array substrate and a display device are provided, which relate to the field of display and are for alleviating or mitigating the problem of bad contact between the pixel electrode and the drain pad caused by deep via holes. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units, each including a drain pad, a pixel electrode and an insulating layer above the drain pad. The drain pad has a first via hole, and the insulating layer has a second via hole that exposes at least a portion of the first via hole and a portion of the drain pad around the first via hole. The pixel electrode extends along an inner wall of the second via hole and contacts the exposed portion of the drain pad.

    Abstract: A substrate and a photoelectric display device comprising the substrate are provided. The substrate comprises a display region (11) and seal material disposed in a periphery thereof. The substrate further comprises a trapping buffer region (13) which is disposed between the display region (11) and the seal material and receives photoelectric display media. By providing the trapping buffer region, impact on the seal material by the excessive photoelectric display media can be mitigated or eliminated when the photoelectric display device is subjected to an external force or is flexed. The life time of the seal material is prolonged. A leakage of the photoelectric display media is avoided.

    Abstract: The invention provides an array substrate and a display device.
