Abstract: A user equipment (UE), baseband processor or other network device (e.g., base station, next generation NodeB, etc.) can operate to process or generate CSI reports based on a CSI report configuration for a single transmission and reception point (sTRP) operation and a multiple TRP (mTRP) operation. The CSI report can be configured based on a plurality of weighted CSI report priority variables, wherein the plurality of weighted CSI report priority variables comprises measurements associated the sTRP operation and measurements associated with the mTRP operation, and the measurements associated with the sTRP operation are configured with a different priority than the measurements associated with the mTRP operation.

Abstract: A method and apparatus of a device that handles time-varying packet size in the downlink. In some embodiments, the method performed by a user equipment (UE) comprises: receiving a first signaling comprising configuration of downlink (DL) Semi-Persistent Scheduling (SPS), wherein the DL SPS configuration comprises a periodicity of the DL SPS and a first indication for a first physical layer resource, and wherein the first physical layer resource is used to dynamically modify size of a second physical layer resource for SPS DL data transmission; receiving a second signaling that activates reception based on the DL SPS, wherein the second signaling comprises information to specify a boundary of the second physical layer resource; monitoring the first physical layer resource on each SPS occasion based on the periodicity to decode a second indication; determining the size of the second physical layer resource for SPS DL data transmission, based on the second indication; and receiving data on the second physical layer resource determined for each SPS occasion based on the determined size.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) transmits concurrent channel state information (CSI) processing capability information to a base station. The capability information can take various forms, and is intended to constrain the base station in the types of CSI requests that can be made to the UE. For example, the UE may indicate different CSI processing capabilities for intra-CC and inter-CC cases and/or for different codebook types. The UE may also specify supported combinations of codebook types for concurrent CSI reporting. The UE may also specify maximum resources or weighting factors for different codebook types. The UE may further restrict the rank information it provides and use a priority rule for “dropping” CSI report data due to payload size restrictions. The base station may direct, or the UE may implement, improved utilization of CSI resources that are shared for multiple concurrent CSI reports. Minimum time requirements for CSI reporting may also be relaxed.
