    Abstract: There is provided mechanisms for transmitting reference signals. A method is performed by a first network device. The method comprises transmitting, in a single orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol, a composite reference signal to a second network device. The composite reference signal is a time domain concatenation of at least a first reference signal and a last reference signal. The composite reference signal has a single cyclic prefix. The cyclic prefix is determined according to a last part of the single OFDM symbol. There is also provided mechanisms for receiving such reference signals.

    Abstract: A method and a transmitting node for redirecting of a flow of data packets to a path of alternative paths, and a method and a receiving node for enabling redirection of a flow of data packets to a path of alternative paths, where data packets are marked with a value indicating the importance of the data packets. The method for directing directs one or more flows of data packets for the alternative paths, wherein data packets marked with a higher value are prioritized over data packets marked with a lower value. Based on feedback information, the transmitting node redirects a flow of data packets to a second path of the alternative paths, if the metric of congestion indicates a higher congestion on the first path than on the second path.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for selecting a set of uplink transmission parameters. The method is performed in a wireless device of a radio communications system. The method comprises obtaining information mapping resources of a physical downlink control channel region to at least two sets of uplink transmission parameters. The method also comprises receiving a downlink control message on a resource of the physical downlink control channel region, and selecting a set among the at least two sets of uplink transmission parameters. The selection of set is based on the resource of the physical downlink control channel region on which the downlink control message is received, and on the obtained information mapping resources of the physical downlink control channel region to the at least two sets of uplink transmission parameters.

    Abstract: According to some embodiments, a method of synchronizing a wireless device with a network node comprises receiving a radio subframe transmitted from the network node. The MBSFN radio subframe comprises a first Primary Synchronization Signal (PSS) associated with a first Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbol and paired with a first Secondary Synchronization Signal (SSS) associated with a second OFDM symbol. The method further comprises detecting the first PSS and detecting the first SSS within the radio subframe. The method determines system information associated with the network node based on the detected PSS and SSS. The radio subframe is transmitted from the network node as a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Services Single-Frequency Network (MBSFN) subframe.

    Abstract: A method, by a host providing an application, configures forwarding rules in a traffic distributor using an Address Resolution Protocol. The host receives IP data packets distributed by the traffic distributor to different hosts located in a first network based on a predefined forwarding criterion contained in the forwarding rules. The host applies the application to the IP data packets. The host determines whether a predefined operating status of the host is met. If met, a message is generated using the Address Resolution Protocol. The message contains information for which at least one characteristic of the predefined forwarding criterion the IP data packets should be forwarded to the host, and a configuring indicator by which the traffic distributor is initiated to generate the forwarding rule for the host taking into account the at least one characteristic contained in the message. The generated message is transmitted to the traffic distributor.

    Abstract: A method in a node is disclosed. The node receives one or more radio signals. The node determines a first measurement component of the one or more radio signals. The first measurement component is associated with a first time-frequency resource type. The node determines a second measurement component of the one or more radio signals. The second measurement component is associated with a second time-frequency resource type. The node determines a relative measurement for the first measurement component associated with the first time-frequency resource type and the second measurement component associated with the second time-frequency resource type.     Abstract: A method and a score management node for supporting service evaluation by obtaining a perception score reflecting a user's experience of one or more services delivered by a telecommunication network. The score management node receives a network measurement related to a current service event of service delivery to the user within a predefined time length from a previous service event, and determines a correlation level reflecting the user's perception of the current service event as correlated with the previous service event. A quality score is determined for the current service event, reflecting the user's perception of quality of service delivery and an associated significance reflecting the user's perception of importance of service delivery, based on the network measurement and the correlation level. The perception score is then calculated for the current service event as the quality score weighted by the associated significance and is made available for the service evaluation.
