Abstract: An array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same, and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate and the array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units. In each of the plurality of pixel units, the array substrate includes a thin film transistor and a storage capacitor disposed above the base substrate, the storage capacitor includes a metal layer, an intermediate layer, and a reflective layer disposed in a stacked manner, the metal layer being adjacent to the base substrate. The array substrate further includes a common electrode layer disposed on a side of the storage capacitor facing away from the base substrate, the reflective layer is electrically connected to the common electrode layer, and the metal layer is electrically connected to an active layer of the thin film transistor.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel, a driving method thereof and a display device. The touch display panel includes a plurality of touch electrodes distributed in an array and multiplexed as common electrodes, a plurality of scanning lines extending in the row direction of the touch electrodes, a plurality of detection lines extending in the column direction of the touch electrodes, and first control circuits which are in one-to-one correspondence to the touch electrodes. The touch electrodes, the scanning lines, the detection lines and the first control circuits are arranged on a base substrate, each row of the touch electrodes is coupled with one scanning line through the corresponding first control circuit, each column of the touch electrodes is coupled with one detection line through the corresponding first control circuit, and the detection lines and the scanning lines are insulated from each other.

Abstract: A shift register includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a pull-up node and a switch sub-circuit. A control electrode of the first transistor is connected to a signal input terminal, a first electrode of the first transistor is connected to a first voltage terminal, and a second electrode of the first transistor is connected to a first control node. A control electrode of the second transistor is connected to a reset signal terminal, a first electrode of the second transistor is connected to a second voltage terminal, and a second electrode of the second transistor is connected to the first control node. The switching sub-circuit is connected to the first control node and the pull-up node, and is configured to control a line between the first control node and the pull-up node to be closed and opened.
