A flexible cable connecting structure includes a terminal part including a plurality of conductive patterns, the conductive patterns being formed at an end part of a flexible cable; a plurality of connector pins that are provided side by side inside a connector, the connector pins being configured to be connected to the terminal part; a cable side guide part fixed at a rear surface of the terminal part of the flexible cable; and a connector side guide part provided at a cable inserting opening of the connector, the connector side guide part being configured to guide inserting and detaching of the cable side guide part. The cable side guide part slides on the connector side guide part when the cable side guide part is being inserted into the cable inserting opening of the connector, so that the inserting and detaching of the cable side guide part is guided.

A disclosed card connector includes a housing main unit including a card insertion slot through which a card is inserted into the housing main unit in a predetermined direction; a slider attached to the housing main unit in such a manner as to be slidable along the predetermined direction, wherein the card inserted into the housing main unit is ejected by moving together with the slider as a spring force moves the slider from a position away from the card insertion slot toward the card insertion slot; and a slider braking unit configured to apply a braking force to the slider in such a manner that the braking force increases as the slider moves toward the card insertion slot.

A cable connector type transceiver module is disclosed. Pads for wire soldering are disposed near a card edge connecting section of the tip of a printed circuit board on the printed circuit board. Pairs of wires of a cable for balanced transmission are extended in the direction of the card edge connecting section over a control IC package. Signal wires at the tips of insulation covered signal wires of the pairs of wires are soldered to the pads for wire soldering at the position near the card edge connecting section rather than near the control IC package.

A flexible print cable includes signal lines and ground lines. The signal lines and the ground lines are disposed alternately on each of an upper surface and an under surface of a film. The positions of the signal lines on the upper surface correspond to the positions of the ground lines on the under surface. The positions of the signal lines on the under surface correspond to the positions of the ground lines on the upper surface. The ground lines are wider than the signal lines. An edge part of one of the ground lines on the upper surface in a width direction overlaps a part of one of the ground lines on the under surface. Another edge part of the ground line on the upper surface in the width direction overlaps a part of another one of the ground lines on the under surface.

The operating section includes a first part securely holding one of the magnet and the magneto-electro transducer and supported on the base section shiftably in a desired horizontal direction relative to the base section, and a second part connected to the first part and elastically biasing the first part toward a home position in a horizontal shifting range during a period when the first part is horizontally shifted along the base section. The second part of the operating section is provided integrally with a major portion substantially surrounding an entire circumference of the first part, a first connecting portion connected to the first part at one end of the major portion and a second connecting portion connected to the base section at another end of the major portion; the major portion exerting an even elastic biasing force irrespective of a shifting direction of the first part on the base section.

A memory card including a circuit board and a card-shaped hollow casing for accommodating the circuit board. The hollow casing includes an envelope-shaped support member having an integrally molded structure, an opening being defined at a longitudinal end of the support member for insertion of the circuit board into the support member, and a lid member fixed onto the longitudinal end of the support member to close the opening. The support member cooperates with the lid member to securely support the circuit board in the casing. The support member includes an envelope-shaped receptacle defined inside the support member for receiving a major part of the circuit board. The support member also includes a guide portion for directing the circuit board to a proper position within the support member.
