    Abstract: A network node may transmit an RRC message to a UE. The RRC message may include a configuration of a plurality of TCI states. The network node may transmit one or more MAC-CEs to the UE. The one or more MAC-CEs may include a configuration of a plurality of codepoints. Each codepoint in the plurality of codepoints may be associated with one or more TRPs in a plurality of TRPs of the network node. The plurality of codepoints may be associated with at least one first TCI state for an uplink communication and at least one second TCI state for a downlink communication. The network node may transmit a single DCI message to the UE. The single DCI message may be indicative of at least one codepoint in the plurality of codepoints. The network node may communicate with the UE based on the at least one codepoint.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide techniques for wireless communication using sub-band full duplex (SBFD). A network entity can inform a user equipment (UE) on the allocation of communication resources for SBFD operations using sub-bands. The network entity can indicate sub-band allocation in symbols/slots configured for SBFD operations using various techniques. A UE can receive a SBFD configuration of one or more time slots, each time slot including a plurality of symbols. The SBFD configuration indicates that one or more of the plurality of symbols are capable of an SBFD operation using a first sub-band for downlink (DL) communication and a second sub-band for uplink (UL) communication. The UE can communicate with the network entity in the one or more symbols configured for the SBFD operation using at least one of the first sub-band for DL communication or the second sub-band for UL communication.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a base station may transmit control information to a user equipment (UE) indicating a pair of joint transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states. The UE may use one of the TCI states for receiving or transmitting one or more uplink or downlink messages, and another TCI state for receiving or transmitting a repetition of the one or more messages. In some examples, the base station may transmit separate indications of multiple pairs of TCI states. The UE may use one of the pairs of TCI states for uplink repetitions, and may use another pair of TCI states for downlink repetitions. The UE may indicate the joint or separate TCI states via DCI signaling. In some examples, the UE may update or activate TCI state pairs, and may perform beam forming procedures using the TCI state pair or pairs.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit a downlink control information message to a user equipment (UE) that includes both a first indication of one or more transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states for the UE to use for communications with the base station and a second indication of one or more uplink transmissions to be sent by the UE. In some implementations, the UE may use one of the one or more indicated TCI states to communicate with the base station after a delay (or offset) from sending an uplink transmission of the one or more uplink transmissions. For example, the delay may include an amount of time or a quantity of symbols between transmitting the uplink transmission of the one or more uplink transmissions and communicating with the base station using the one of the one or more indicated TCI states.

An example method includes transmitting at least one uplink (UL) transmission using at least one UL transmit beam, performing self-interference measurements using at least one downlink (DL) receive beam to measure, for full duplex operation, self-interference associated with the at least one UL transmission transmitted using the at least one UL transmit beam, and transmitting a measurement report indicating the measured self-interference associated with the at least one UL transmission transmitted using the at least one UL transmit beam.
