    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Some wireless communications systems may support configurations for grouping feedback information within a codebook. A user equipment (UE) may support one or more types of feedback. In some cases, the UE may generate subsets of feedback information within the codebook based on each type of feedback, which may increase overhead. To reduce overhead, the UE may receive signaling that indicates a configuration for grouping feedback information within a codebook. The UE may receive downlink messages that may be associated with a same set of uplink resources for transmitting a feedback message. The UE may generate a codebook to include one or more groups of feedback information in accordance with the configuration and based on the downlink messages. The UE may transmit the feedback message based on the codebook and via the set of uplink resources.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station and a user equipment (UE) may communicate in a high reliability and low latency communications system (e.g., ultra-reliable low latency communications (URLLC)). The base station may signal a UE-specific scheduling request (SR) repetition configuration that the UE may utilize to transmit an instantaneous SR when a buffer status report (BSR) is triggered by a new data packet. The UE may repeatedly transmit the SR until a number of repetitions or a time period of repetitions is met or an uplink grant is received from the base station. The SR repetition configuration may include a number of parameters including a repetition setting, power settings, a resource allocation, and an acknowledgement/negative acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) procedure.

    Abstract: Precoding matrix indicator (PMI) feedback for Type II channel state information (CSI) feedback in new radio (NR) multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) operations is discussed. According to various aspects, a user equipment (UE) determines a plurality of CSI feedback components and identifies a set of discarded ones of these components based on a particular component value of a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) component. The UE may then generate an adjusted CSI report by adjusting how the discarded feedback components are treated. The resulting adjusted CSI report may then be transmitted to a serving base station.

Generally, a user equipment (UE) may be configured to transmit two or more consecutive transmissions that may be used for demodulation reference signal (DMRS) bundling. If criteria for DMRS bundling are not satisfied, the UE may generate dummy data to transmit during the skipped configured grant occasion, and may maintain phase continuity across the skipped configured grant occasion and any other PUSCHs in a set of uplink transmissions. In some examples, the UE may deprioritize DMRS bundling for sets of PUSCHs during which a PUSCH is to be skipped. If criteria for DMRS bundling are not satisfied, the UE may not maintain phase continuity across the set of PUSCHs, and may refrain from transmitting any data during the CG-PUSCH occasion.

A user equipment (UE) may monitor for a first transmission of a first service type (e.g., enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB)) and a second transmission of a second service type (e.g., ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC)). The UE may identify a feedback codebook size for the first service type. The UE may multiplex a first feedback codebook having the identified feedback codebook size and generated for the first transmission with a second feedback codebook generated for the second transmission. Multiplexing the first and second feedback codebooks may produce a multiplexed feedback codebook. In some cases, the UE may perform the multiplexing based on a feedback multiplexing condition being satisfied. A base station may identify a resource configuration for one or more sets of configured resources for communication with a user equipment (UE) and may indicate the resource configuration to the UE. The base station may transmit a downlink control message to the UE that includes a field to indicate one or more sets of resources that are to be activated or deactivated. The UE may receive the downlink control message and, based on the downlink control message, may identify the one or more indicated sets of resources.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) and a base station may use low latency communications to improve the throughput of a wireless link. To facilitate efficient low latency communication, the UE may send UE-initiated CSI reports in addition to periodic and base station-initiated reports. For example, the UE may, in various examples, send UE-initiated CSI reports using contention based spectrum, using a request-to-transmit, or using a CSI differential (i.e., an indicator of a change in channel conditions). The base station may schedule different UEs for uplink low latency communication by providing resources to each UE for CSI and scheduling requests (SRs) using coherent or non-coherent uplink transmissions. The CSI and SR may also be combined with uplink feedback.
