    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for revocation and/or modification of user consent in Edge Computing (MEC). A user equipment device (UE) may determine that user consent needs to be updated. The user consent may be associated with MEC. Additionally, the UE may transmit, via an application layer of the UE, a user consent modification request to an edge application server of a network, e.g., of an edge data network. The user consent modification request may be carried in application data traffic. The user consent modification request may be indicated via an Nnef_ParameterProvision_Update service operation.     Abstract: Aspects herein relate to wireless devices, circuits, and methods for determining a PRACH resource mapping comprising a starting symbol position within a reference slot, wherein the starting symbol position is determined based, at least in part, on a subcarrier spacing configuration of PRACH resources of a wireless network that a wireless device is operating on; and using the radio to transmit a RACH preamble and an associated RA-RNTI via the determined PRACH resource mapping. Further aspects herein relate to devices, circuits, and methods for using a modified RA-RNTI for transmission or reception of data over a wireless network, wherein the wireless network has a subcarrier spacing configuration of PRACH resources, wherein a size of the subcarrier spacing configuration of the PRACH resources causes out-of-range RA-RNTI values to be calculated using a legacy RA-RNTI equation in an unmodified form, wherein the range of permissible RA-RNTI values is from 0 to 216−1.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to devices, apparatuses, and methods for enhanced PHR reporting in support of UE antenna scaling. A wireless device, which comprises at least one antenna array each comprising a plurality of antenna elements may perform antenna scaling by activating or deactivating at least one of the plurality of antenna elements (with corresponding RF chains) of one or more antenna arrays. The wireless device may generate a power headroom (PHR) report based at least on a difference between beamforming gains obtained after the antenna scaling and before the antenna scaling. The wireless device may then send the PHR report to a base station in communication with the wireless device.

    Abstract: Sidelink pathloss between a remote user equipment device (UE) and a relay UE may be determined based at least on transmit power information provided by the relay UE to the remote UE. The remote UE may receive, via a sidelink discovery signal from the relay UE, a message that includes first information representative of a transmit power of the relay UE and/or second information representative of a measured receive signal power of a sidelink solicitation signal previously transmitted by the remote UE and received by the relay UE. The remote UE may determine a sidelink pathloss between the remote UE and the relay UE based at least on the first information and/or the second information. The remote UE may select/reselect a relay UE based on corresponding pathlosses determined for the respective paths between the remote UE and different respective relay UEs.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for beam failure recovery based on a unified TCI framework. A UE may receive, from a base station, a configuration for a BFR procedure for a CCG. The CCG may include at least two CCs and the UE may periodically receive, from the base station, at least a first BFD RS and a first CBD RS in a first CC included in the CCG. The UE may detect, based on the first BFD RS, a beam failure in at least the first CC and send, to the base station, a BFRQ. The BFRQ may include a candidate beam selected based on at least the first CBD RS and may be sent via a PRACH or MAC CE. The UE may receive, from the base station, a BFR response and apply the candidate beam to the first CC and at least one additional CC of the CCG.
