    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques that may be applied in systems to allow for communication over a control channel utilizing a relatively narrow band (e.g., six physical resource blocks) based search space. An exemplary method, performed by a user equipment, generally includes identifying, within a subframe, a first search space to monitor for a downlink control channel that occupies a first number of physical resource blocks (PRBs) that represents a narrowband size and monitoring at least the first search space for the downlink control channel transmitted in the subframe.

    Abstract: In an example, a method of wireless communication of a base station may include assigning, by the base station, one or more resources to a group comprising a plurality of UEs that includes a first UE. The method may include receiving, by the base station from the first UE, a message on the one or more assigned resources. The message may include a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) scrambled with a group identifier for the group comprising the plurality of UEs.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a message indicating, for each or multiple partial bands, a set of possible channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) configurations. The UE may further receive downlink control information (DCI) from a base station, which may indicate a set of downlink resource associated with a first partial band. The UE may select a first CSI-RS configuration from the set of possible CSI-RS configurations for the first partial band based on the DCI, and when the base station transmits CSI-RS, the UE may obtain CSI-RS measurements over the first partial band during the set of downlink resources using the selected first CSI-RS configuration.

    Abstract: An apparatus communicates using a first Radio Access Technology (RAT) and a second RAT. The apparatus receives a first Time Division Duplex Uplink/Downlink (TDD UL/DL) configuration for a first cell using the first RAT.     Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for a slot format indicator (SFI) and slot aggregation level indication in a group common physical downlink control channel (GC PDCCH) and conflict handling for the SFI. According to certain aspects, a method of wireless communication by a base station (BS) is provided. The BS can determine a slot aggregation level and a format of the aggregated slots and send a downlink control channel including a SFI indicating the format of the aggregated slot and an indication of the slot aggregation level. The UE can receive the downlink control channel including the SFI and the indication of the slot aggregation level and the UE can determine a format of a current slot based on the received SFI and slot aggregation level.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for enabling an UE to selecting acknowledgement/non-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) resources from a subset of a gNB resource pool. The example method may receive, from an gNB, a radio resource control (RRC) configuration indicating a UE-specific resource set that is a subset of a gNB resource pool. The UE may determine one or more ACK/NACK resources from the UE-specific resource set for an upcoming physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). In some aspects, the UE may determine the one or more ACK/NACK resources based on receiving, from the gNB, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) including a corresponding ACK/NACK resource configuration. In other aspects, the RRC may contain multiple resource subsets and the UE may determine the one or more ACK/NACK resources based on determining a size of a payload for a UCI to be transmitted on the PUCCH. The aspects may thus enable dynamic ACK/NACK resource allocation.
