    Abstract: An object is to provide lactic acid bacteria that can be applicable to feed, fertilizers, live bacterial preparations, probiotics, etc. The lactic acid bacteria are identified and deposited under the accession numbers of NITE (National Institute of Technology and Evaluation) P-02313, NITE P-02314, NITE P-02490, NITE P-02491, and NITE P-02492. In addition, another object is to provide feed, fertilizers and live bacterial preparations containing the lactic acid bacterium/bacteria of the invention. According to studies, it is confirmed that the lactic acid bacteria are proliferated in animals including human, plants, etc. without being destroyed. According to studies, it is also confirmed that the lactic acid bacteria are proliferated in water, soil, etc. without being destroyed. Therefore, the lactic acid bacteria can be widely applicable in feed, fertilizers, live bacterial preparations, etc.

    Abstract: Endophytic microbial strains as biocatalysts isolated from fresh plant samples, compositions, and methods of use thereof to enhance the growth and/or yield of a plant in the presence of reduced synthetic phosphate fertilizers are provided. Endophytic microbial strains serve as biocatalysts to solubilize mineral-P and mineralize organic-P otherwise unavailable to plants for their nutritional phosphate needs. Thus defined, biocatalysts, will serve to replace synthetic phosphate fertilizers. Also provided are materials and methods for inoculating plants with these biocatalysts at carefully selected inoculum densities to reliably reduce the amount of synthetic phosphate fertilizer by 50% thus accomplishing obtaining optimal yields in technically and cost-effective manner.

    Abstract: A mobile, self-contained system for enhancing plant growth comprising: a mobile structure comprising a plurality of wheels so that the system can be moved; a vessel supported by the structure; a recirculating pump supported by the structure and exterior to the vessel, the pump having a first discharge line and a second discharge line; a generator supported by the structure; a vessel outlet from a bottom portion of the vessel to the pump; and an aerator for injecting air into the first discharge line; wherein the first discharge line extends from the pump directly into the bottom portion of the vessel, such that the contents of the vessel can be recirculated by the pump from the vessel outlet back into the vessel through the first discharge line and the second discharge line extends from the pump and is adapted for discharging contents of the vessel directly into an irrigation system.
