摘要: The invention disclosed herein pertains to a support device specifically designed to aid in the imaging of the oral and throat regions. This device is characterized by the integration of a tongue depressor and a supporting body. The tongue depressor possesses a flat body with a rounded distal end and an opposite proximal end. The supporting body is distinguished by a rear surface that is capable of detachable coupling with an image capture device, alongside an opposing front surface designed to securely attach to the proximal end of the tongue depressor. The configuration ensures that the tongue depressor is maintained in an orientation perpendicular to the image plane of any attached image capture device.

摘要: Embodiments of a hybrid imaging sensor that optimizes a pixel array area on a substrate using a stacking scheme for placement of related circuitry with minimal vertical interconnects between stacked substrates and associated features are disclosed. Embodiments of maximized pixel array size/die size (area optimization) are disclosed, and an optimized imaging sensor providing improved image quality, improved functionality, and improved form factors for specific applications common to the industry of digital imaging are also disclosed. Embodiments of the above may include systems, methods and processes for staggering ADC or column circuit bumps in a column or sub-column hybrid image sensor using vertical interconnects are also disclosed.

摘要: An apparatus for controlling advancement of a sheath or a catheter at a distal end of an endoscope. An exemplary apparatus includes a flexible sheath that receives a medical device within an internal lumen and is received within a working channel of an endoscope. The apparatus also includes a component that is at least one of external or internal to the sheath. The component causes a change in longitudinal motion friction of the sheath above a predefined threshold amount as the sheath moves relative to an exit ramp of the endoscope.

摘要: An imaging system includes an endoscopic camera configured to acquire an intraoperative image of tissue and a blood vessel. The system also includes an image processing device coupled to the endoscopic camera. The image processing device includes a processor configured to: receive a perfusion zone model of the tissue and an operative plan including at least one clamp location; and generate an overlay of the perfusion zone model over and the at least one clamp location on the intraoperative image of the tissue and the blood vessel, respectively. The system also includes a screen configured to display the overlay and the intraoperative image.
