    摘要: The present invention discloses a sealed HVDC relay, comprising an insulating hood and a yoke plate which is extended upward to form a cylindrical fixing portion; the insulating hood has an overturned cup structure; a chamber for accommodating moving contacts and stationary contacts is formed by the yoke plate and the insulating hood together; a lower end of the insulating hood and the fixing portion of the yoke plate are fitted with each other by threads; and the portion fitted by threads between the lower end of the insulating hood and the fixing portion is sealed by adhesive pouring. In the present invention, with the insulating hood made of ceramics, the stiffness of the relay structure of the present invention is promised. The absence of a brazing process makes the relay of the present invention short in manufacturing period and low in cost. With regard to the present invention, the sealing performance of the relay is promised by adhesive pouring, and a service voltage of the relay can be increased. In this way, the voltage of the relay of the present invention can reach 1000 V, thus improving the application performance of the present invention.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnet device, a contactor, and a trip device turning the contactor into an open state in which the contactor opens when an abnormal current flows. The electromagnet device includes a first excitation coil, a fixed element, first and second movable elements, and a permanent magnet. The contactor includes a fixed contact and a movable contact. In the electromagnetic relay, while the permanent magnet causes the first movable element to attractingly contact the second movable element, the fixed element attracts the first movable element due to a magnetic flux generated by the first excitation coil so as to move the second movable element together with the first movable element from a normal position to an attracted position. In the contactor, the movable contact moves, as the second movable element moves, so as to switch between a closed state in which the movable contact contacts the fixed contact and the open state in which the movable contact is removed from the fixed contact. The contactor is turned into the closed state when the second movable element is located at the attracted position. The trip device includes a second excitation coil connected in series to the contactor and a spring for acting a force on the second movable element in a direction away from the first movable element.

    摘要: A current sensor and contactor apparatus reduces the space required for arranging a current sensor and a contactor. This current sensor and contactor apparatus comprises a current sensor, a contactor and a substrate. The current sensor has a current sensor element, the current sensor detects a current value of power inputted from the outside and outputs a detection signal indicating the current value from the current sensor element. The contactor turns on and off a power line through which the power flows based on a control signal inputted from the outside. On the substrate, the current sensor element of the current sensor is installed and also a plurality of signal lines connecting the current sensor element and the contactor are formed. The current sensor, the contactor and the substrate are integrated.

The relay, capable of rapidly executing current interruption includes: a fixed contact; a movable contact formed to contact or to be separated from the fixed contact; a shaft connected to the movable contact, and configured to move the movable contact; a housing configured to accommodate therein the fixed contact and the movable contact; an actuator configured to drive the shaft; and a permanent magnet integrally formed with the housing, and configured to extend an arc generated between the fixed contact and the movable contact. The permanent magnet includes an alnico-based material or a neodymium-based material.
