    摘要: A series stacked, solenoidally wound, multipath inductor includes a plurality of turns disposed about a center region on two layers. The turns on the two layers have corresponding geometry therebetween. Each of the plurality of turns includes two or more segments that extend length-wise along the turns. The segments have positions that vary from an innermost position relative to the center region and an outermost position relative to the center region. A cross-over architecture is configured to couple the segments of a turn on one layer with the segments on a turn on another layer to form segment paths that have a substantially same length for all segment paths in a segment path grouping between the two layers.

    摘要: A resolver has a lead wire that can be slack even in a structure in which it is impossible to maintain the distance between an end of wound wire and a terminal pin without using a special jig. A lead wire of a stator coil 500 is entwined on a plurality of terminal pins 603 in a slack condition, and the entwined parts are fixed by soldering or welding. Terminal base 600 is then moved to a stator core 200 side, and the lead wire is made slack by contacting the lower surface of a terminal base body 601 to the upper surface of the stator core 200. Next, end part of the pins 306 of a primary insulator 300 are melted so as to fix the terminal base 600.

    摘要: A reactor being small in size and exhibiting excellent productivity, a method for manufacturing the same, and a reactor component suitable as the constituent component of the reactor are provided. The reactor includes a combined product including a coil and a magnetic core, and a case storing the combined product. The case includes a bottom plate portion made of aluminum, a side wall portion made of an insulating resin, and a joining layer formed on the inner face of the bottom plate portion for fixing the coil. The bottom plate portion and the side wall portion are independent separate members, which are integrated with each other by bolts and the like. Terminal fittings having a pair of joining pieces, which are disposed at the positions opposing to the end portions of the wire structuring the coil, are fixed to the side wall portion. Since each end portion of the wire is interposed in the space formed by the joining pieces, the wire and the terminal fittings can be electrically connected to each other without the necessity of using a separate jig. Since the joining layer is made of an adhesive agent exhibiting excellent thermal conductivity and insulation, the reactor possesses an excellent heat dissipating characteristic.
