摘要: The present disclosure discloses a method for capturing a trip sign of a turbine due to a high bearing temperature based on correlation and a device therefor. By combining a temperature of a target bearing and related operating parameters thereof, this method can capture possible abnormal trip online. According to the present disclosure, it is not necessary to add additional detection equipment, and it does not need to establish a complex physical model for turbine bearings, and only the historical data of the operating parameters of the temperature of the target bearing and generator set operating parameters related to the temperature of the target bearing are required to complete the establishment of the model for capturing abnormal sign before the trip, which is convenient for popularization and application.

摘要: A variable capacity turbocharger includes: a nozzle flow path which allows a gas to pass from a scroll flow path toward a turbine impeller; a shroud side ring and a hub side ring which face each other in a rotation axis direction of the turbine impeller and form a nozzle flow path therebetween; a bearing hole which is provided in the shroud side ring; a bearing hole which is provided in the hub side ring; and a nozzle vane which is disposed in the nozzle flow path and is supported by both bearing holes, wherein a center axis line of the bearing hole is located on the inside in a radial direction in relation to a center axis line of the bearing hole at a room temperature and the center axis line is located on the outside in the radial direction in relation to the center axis line when a predetermined temperature difference is generated between the shroud side ring and the hub side ring during operation.

摘要: According to an aspect, a system for a gas turbine engine includes a reduction gear train operable to drive rotation of a starter gear train that interfaces to an accessory gearbox of the gas turbine engine. The reduction gear train includes a starter interface gear that engages the starter gear train and a core-turning clutch operably connected to the starter interface gear. The reduction gear train also includes a geared rotary actuator including a primary planetary gear system, where the geared rotary actuator is operably connected to the core-turning clutch. The reduction gear train further includes a secondary planetary gear system operably connected to the primary planetary gear system and a core-turning input. The system also includes a mounting pad with an interface to couple a core-turning motor to the core-turning input of the reduction gear train.

摘要: A method for operating a combined cycle power plant, wherein the combined cycle power plant has a gas turbine and a steam turbine and also a shutting-down device, and wherein, for shutting down the gas turbine and the steam turbine, the gas turbine and the steam turbine are operated within a time window that extends from the beginning of the shutting-down procedure at a first time to the falling of the steam temperature to a lower limit value at a second time by the shutting device in such a way that the gas turbine and the steam turbine are relieved substantially at the same time and the block power falls to zero, thermal energy that is stored in the combined cycle power plant preventing immediate falling of a steam temperature to operation below a minimum power output of the gas turbine within the time window.
