摘要: A method of evaluating performance of a gas turbine includes: acquiring static operation determination data and acquiring index value data; storing the acquired data; determining whether or not the gas turbine is in a static operation state in accordance with whether or not the static operation determination data for each of a plurality of times in a period in the past set in advance from a determination time among the static operation determination data for each of the plurality of times stored in the storing of the data entering a range of a variation width set in advance; and acquiring the evaluation index value using the index value data at the determination time at which the gas turbine is determined to be in the static operation state. The static operation determination data includes a cavity temperature between an inner shroud of a turbine vane and a rotor shaft.

摘要: In one embodiment, a turbine monitoring system includes a temperature measurer configured to sense a temperature of steam to be introduced to a steam turbine, and output a sensing result of the temperature. The system further includes an electrical output measurer configured to sense an electrical output of a generator driven by the steam turbine, and output a sensing result of the electrical output. The system further includes a computing module configured to compute an erosion quantity of a moving vane of the steam turbine with water drops, based on the sensing result of the temperature that is output from the temperature measurer and the sensing result of the electrical output that is output from the electrical output measurer. The system further includes an outputting module configured to output information that is based on the erosion quantity computed by the computing module.

摘要: The present disclosure provides methods and systems for determining a synthesized engine parameter of a gas turbine engine. An initial model parameter is obtained from an onboard model associated with the gas turbine engine. A correction factor for the onboard model is determined by modifying a difference between the onboard model and an aero-thermal model of the gas turbine engine using first and second engine parameters and first and second operating conditions, wherein the first and second engine parameters are independent from one another over an operating envelope of the gas turbine engine. The initial model parameter is scaled by applying the correction factor thereto to obtain a corrected model parameter. The corrected model parameter is output as the synthesized engine parameter.

The gas turbine engine further includes a cooling duct disposed at least partially in the undercowl space and having an inlet and an outlet, wherein the cooling duct is in fluid communication with a source of cooling air and is further in fluid communication with the compressor bleed port; a valve assembly including at least one valve disposed in the cooling duct; and a cooling blower disposed within the engine and operable to move an air flow from the inlet of the cooling duct towards the outlet of the cooling duct and through the compressor bleed port.
