摘要： There is described a device for coupling a thread, in particular a weaving thread, to a tentering means comprising a clamping sleeve (1) and a clamping body (2) axially movable inside the clamping sleeve (1), which clamping body can be connected to a tentering means at its one end axially protruding beyond the clamping sleeve (1), and in the vicinity of its other end forms a clamping member for the thread end (7). To create advantageous constructional conditions it is proposed that on the side opposite the connection side of the tentering means the clamping sleeve (1) forms an end-face inlet opening (6) for the thread, and has a clamping portion (5) widening towards this inlet opening (6), between which clamping portion and the clamping member of the clamping body (2) drawn into the clamping sleeve (1) and designed as clamping head (4) there can be clamped the thread end (7) introduced into the clamping sleeve (1).

摘要： A coupling device allows for the rapid releasable connection of harness cords to lifting cords on weaving machines. A first coupler is connected to lifting cords and a second coupler is connected to harness cords. An intermediate coupler is removable connected to the first and second couplers. The intermediate coupler allows for quick and easy, manual or automatic, coupling and decoupling of the first and second elements. The second coupling elements and the intermediate elements are adapted so that only the connection therebetween is breakable when pulling forces are exerted thereon.

摘要： An adjustable harness guide for the Jacquard machine of a seam-weaving machine in which the harness cords are drawn back by tension springs which are secured in a grille. The harness cords are guided through a harness board and the weaving shed is located between the grille and the harness board. The grille and the harness board are adjustable in their angle position relative to the course of the harness cords. The grille and the harness board are connected by a rod linkage system so that they move synchronously. The grille and the harness board are each formed of two halves connected to each other by a hinge with the axis of the hinge running parallel to the warp threads of the seam-weaving shed.

摘要： Drive system for the knife grids of a double-lift open-shed Jacquard machine, which is mounted entirely above the Jacquard machine, and which comprises a central drive shaft which at both ends drives a set of conjugate cams which imparts motion to two follower levers which lie diametrically opposite each other. These follower levers carry out a to and fro pivoting movement in opposite phase to each other, about a transverse axis of symmetry, in between their arms. With each pair of follower levers two knife suspension bars are connected to said arms by means of drive rods in such a way that they move up and down in vertical, parallel planes in opposite phase to each other. A number of knives are suspended in the weft direction on every two knife suspension bars moving in phase, which are situated on either side of the machine in the warp direction. The lift and the inclination of the knife suspension bars are adjustable.

摘要： A lifting heddle with a body which includes at least two separate sections joined by a link. The separate sections are adjustably joined so that the lifting heddle can be lengthened and shortened. The link can be provided as a U-shaped rail with openings or recesses to allow escape of any accumulated dust. Also, a replaceable stop is located on the lifting heddle to prevent the half-heddle leg from cutting into the lifting heddle during movement of the heddle frames.
