    摘要: Provided is a method for preparing polysiloxy containing naphthalocyanine compounds. The method comprises reacting a cyclosiloxane with a nucleophile to open the ring of the cyclosiloxane. The ring opened cyclosiloxane is then reacted with a naphthalocyanine precursor and a capping group compound. The nucleophile can perform the dual role of the nucleophile and the capping group compound. The method permits the preparation of siloxane containing naphthalocyanine compounds in a more proficient manner through the use of cyclosiloxanes as reactants.

    摘要: Novel azaphthalocyanines are described which are of the formula ##STR1## in which Me is Al(III), Zn(II), Ge(IV) or Sn(IV), E is an anionic group, Z is a cation, Y is a halogen, n is any desired number from 1 to 3 and p is any desired number from 0 to 2, the sum n+p being at most 8 and A, B, C and D independently of one another completing a benzene ring or a ring of the formula ##STR2## at least one of the rings completed by A, B, C or D being one of the said heterocyclic rings.The novel compounds can be used as photoactivators, in particular for bleaching textiles and for controlling microorganisms in or on organic or inorganic substrates.Bleaching, washing and steeping agents and antimicrobially active agents are also described which contain the novel azaphthalocyanine compounds. The azaphthalocyanine pigments which arise as intermediates and which do not carry groups EZ imparting solubility in water, their preparation and their use as photosensitizers in non-aqueous or heterogeneous systems are likewise described.

    摘要: An infra-red absorbing phthalocyanine compound in which each of at least five of the peripheral carbon atoms in the 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 12, 13 or 16 positions (the "3,6-positions") of the phthalocyanine nucleus, as shown in Formula I, is linked by an atom from Group VB or Group VIB of the Periodic Table, other than oxygen, to a carbon atom of an organic radical.     摘要: Readily dispersible formulations comprising (a) finely divided copper phthalocyanine and (b) an iron hexacyanoferrate-III pigment are obtained by thoroughly milling a mixture of (a) and (b).The performance characteristics and tinctorial properties of the formulations comprising (a) and (b) can be improved by incorporating (c) a Mannich condensate obtained from 2-hydroxynaphthalene which may or may not possess 1 or 2 further .beta.-OH groups, formaldehyde and a primary or secondary amine, (d) a compound of the formula K(-NH-CONH-R).sub.2, where K is 1,5-naphthylene or 4,4'-diphenylenemethane and R is C.sub.12 -C.sub.18 -alkyl, C.sub.12 -C.sub.18 -alkenyl, C.sub.8 -C.sub.18 -alkoxypropyl or C.sub.2 -C.sub.8 -alkoxyethyleneoxypropyl, (e) a C.sub.6 -C.sub.18 -alkylbenzenesulfonic acid and (f) a mixture of (e) with a basic copper phthalocyanine and/or a salt obtained by reacting (e) with the basic copper phthalocyanine.The finishes and printing inks produced using the formulations have tinctorial properties and performance characteristics which are superior to those of finishes and inks obtained by mixing individually milled or dispersed components.

    摘要: The invention of this application is directed to dipotassium phthalocyanine glyme and crown ether complexes, such as for example dipotassium phthalocyanine bis (methoxy ethyl) ether and dipotassium phthalocyanine bis (18-crown-6) ether. Methods for obtaining these complexes by reacting metal free phthalocyanine with potassium hydroxide and the appropriate glyme or crown ethers in the presence of water is also described. Further methods for obtaining purified metal free phthalocyanines from the glyme and crown ether complexes are disclosed. These materials have many uses including pigments, electrophotographic photoreceptors and photoreceptor devices.

    摘要: A process for preparing very pure copper phthalocyanine pigments of the .alpha.-modification, wherein substituted or unsubstituted copper phthalocyanines having different degrees of purity are converted into copper phthalocyanine salts capable of being isolated, with the aid of suitable acids which dissolve the impurities contained in the dyestuff, wherein these salts are separated from the acid, the copper phthalocyanines of the .alpha.-modification are set free in a pure form from the copper phthalocyanine salts by the action of water and wherein the isolated copper phthalocyanine is subject in an aqueous suspension to a mechanical fine division. This process yields copper phthalocyanines of the .alpha.-modification in a very pure form without causing problems with respect to the waste water.
