    Abstract: A first base station receives first information transmitted by a second base station, the first information includes identification information of a UE, identification information of a first serving cell of the UE, and service frequency of the first serving cell, and the second base station is a serving base station of the first serving cell. If the first base station determines that the UE is self-interfered, the first base station transmits notification information to the second base station, the notification information is used to negotiate with the second base station to allocate a different resource to the UE.

    Abstract: A method for radio link monitoring, a terminal, a base station, and a storage medium are provided. The method for radio link monitoring includes: in sidelink communication, performing a radio link monitoring RLM measurement on a radio link between terminals to monitor radio link quality between the terminals, where if a terminal is configured with a plurality of resource pools, the RLM measurement is performed in each resource pool, or if a terminal is configured with a plurality of beams or a plurality of antenna panels, the RLM measurement is performed on each beam or each antenna panel. With the embodiments of this application, radio link quality in sidelink communication can be monitored.
