摘要: The present invention provides a surface treatment method for an aluminum alloy and a surface treatment method for a magnesium alloy, which enable providing the surface of an aluminum alloy containing magnesium or the surface of a magnesium alloy with sufficient corrosion resistance to corrosive gases, while preventing the surface from scattering magnesium therefrom even when used in a vacuum at a temperature of not less than 300° C. In this method, a carbon fluoride compound is applied over the surface of the aluminum alloy containing magnesium or the surface of the magnesium alloy, followed by heating in an oxygen atmosphere, thereby forming a fluoride passivation film.

摘要: Disclosed is an epoxy resin composition which is solid at ordinary room temperature, cures with excellent light resistance and heat resistance and minimal shrinkage, and is useful for encapsulating LEDs. The epoxy resin composition is characterized by comprising as an essential component an epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 300-1000 g/eq and a softening point of 65-110° C. obtained by reacting a nonaromatic polycarboxylic acid (A) having an acid value of 100-250 mgKOH/g with a nonaromatic epoxy resin (B) having an epoxy equivalent of 100-400 g/eq. The nonaromatic polycarboxylic acid (A) may be obtained by reacting 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, 2,2-bis(4-hydroxycyclohexyl)propane, or 3,9-bis(1,1-dimethyl-2-hydroxyethyl)-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5,5]undecane with methylhexahydrophthalic acid or hexahydrophthalic acid.

摘要: In a method of manufacturing an electrode assembly for a rectangular battery, in which positive electrodes and negative electrodes are alternately laminated so that a separator exists between the respective positive and negative electrodes, the manufacturing method includes the steps of: arranging a plurality of guide members in zigzag form in a perpendicular direction; inserting a continuous member of the separator between one and another one rows of the guide members; folding, into zigzag form, the continuous member by intersecting the rows of the guide members in a horizontal direction; inserting alternately the positive electrodes and the negative electrodes in respective valley grooves of the zigzag-folded continuous member; withdrawing the guide members from the respective valley grooves of the continuous member; and pressing, thereafter, the continuous member in the zigzag direction so as to make flat the continuous member.

摘要: To provide a method of an a system for supporting creation of improvement structure to reduce member costs, assembly costs, and losses associated with defective assemblies of a product. Parts constituting a product are analyzed into functions, attributes, assembly operations, and assembly attributes; on the basis of the difference between the member and assembly costs due to presence or absence of these elements, elements requiring improvement are extracted; and improvement guidelines are created using similar improvement examples in the past. It is possible to present improvement guidelines in structure to reduce the member costs and the assembly costs.
