Abstract: A display panel includes: a substrate that includes a display area and a sensor area, where the display area includes a main pixel and the sensor area includes an auxiliary pixel, where the main pixel is electrically connected to a main pixel circuit and the auxiliary pixel is electrically connected to an auxiliary pixel circuit, where the auxiliary pixel circuit includes a first auxiliary thin film transistor that includes a first semiconductor layer that includes an oxide semiconductor material and a first gate electrode that overlaps the first semiconductor layer, and a second auxiliary thin film transistor that including a second semiconductor layer that includes Low Temperature Poly-Silicon (LTPS) and a second gate electrode that overlaps the second semiconductor layer.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display includes a plurality of pixels. At least one pixel is connected to a scan line receive a scan signal, a data line to receive a data signal, and voltage line to receive a driving voltage. The at least one pixel includes a switching transistor including a switching drain electrode to output the data voltage, a driving transistor including a driving source electrode connected to the switching drain electrode, and an organic light emitting diode connected to a driving drain electrode of the driving transistor. The driving source electrode is separated from the data line.

Abstract: A display device includes a pixel including a first transistor connected between a first node and a second node, an emission driver supplying an emission control signal to an emission control line, a scan driver supplying first to fourth scan signals respectively to first to fourth scan lines, and a data driver supplying a data signal to a data line. The first scan signal controls a timing at which a voltage of a first power source is supplied to the first node, the second scan signal controls a timing at which the second node and a gate electrode of the first transistor are connected to each other, and the third scan signal controls a timing at which a voltage of a second power source is supplied to the gate electrode of the first transistor. The second scan signal overlaps the first scan signal and the third scan signal.

Abstract: In an organic light emitting display device which displays an image in a first mode or a second mode, the organic light emitting display device includes: a first scan driver which supplies a first scan signal having a first voltage to first scan lines; a second scan driver which supplies a second scan signal having a second voltage larger than the first voltage to second scan lines; and a pixel unit including pixels each coupled to a corresponding first scan line and a corresponding second scan line. When a first image displayed in the second mode is changed to a second image to be displayed in the second mode, the second image is displayed in the first mode during a predetermined portion of a period, in which the second image is displayed, and is displayed in the second mode during the remaining portion of the period.

Abstract: A pixel for a display device includes a light-emitting element, a first transistor including a first electrode electrically connected to a first node and controlling a driving current, a second transistor electrically connected between a data line and the first node and being turned on in response to a first scan signal supplied through a first scan line, a third transistor electrically connected between the second node and a third node electrically connected to a second electrode of the first transistor and being turned on in response to the first scan signal, and a fourth transistor being turned on in response to a second scan signal supplied through a second scan line, and applying a bias voltage to the first transistor. The fourth transistor is turned on at a first frequency. The second and third transistors are turned on at a second frequency different from the first frequency.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a scan line transmitting a scan signal, a data line crossing the scan line and transmitting a data voltage, and a driving voltage line crossing the scan line and configured to transmit a driving voltage. The display also includes a switching transistor electrically connected to the scan line and the data line. The display further includes a driving transistor and a compensation transistor. The display also includes a light blocking layer at least partially covering the compensation transistor and an OLED electrically connected to the driving transistor.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display apparatus including a gate driving circuit disposed on a liquid crystal display is provided. The apparatus further includes a data driving chip, disposed on the liquid crystal display panel, to apply data driving signals to data lines. The gate driving circuit includes a plurality of stages connected to one another in parallel. The odd-numbered stages of the stages each apply gate driving signals to odd-numbered gate lines of the gate lines, in response to a first clock signal and the even-numbered stages of the stages each apply the gate driving signals to even-numbered gate lines of the gate lines, in response to a second clock signal having an opposite phase from a phase of the first clock signal.
