Abstract: A first base station may establish a first connection with an IAB node and transmit, to a second base station, a request for the second base station to establish a second connection with the IAB node. The first base station may indicate to the second base station, based on the second connection being established with the IAB node, that at least one of a first base station or the second base station is to serve as an IAB donor for the IAB node. The second base station may accept or reject the indication received from the first base station that the at least one of the first base station or the second base station is to serve as the IAB donor for the IAB node.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to establishing a control connection with at least a first node for receiving control information for providing a repeater function for two or more upstream nodes, communicating control information over the control connection from at least the first node, and providing, based on the control information, the repeater function between at least a first upstream node of the two or more upstream nodes and at least one downstream node and between at least a second upstream node of the two or more upstream nodes and the at least one downstream node or at least another downstream node.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a source integrated access and backhaul (IAB) donor central unit (CU) may transmit, to an IAB node having a first signaling connection with the source IAB donor CU, a trigger to establish a second signaling connection between the IAB node and a target IAB donor CU. The source integrated access may transmit, to the IAB node, transport network layer address information associated with the target IAB donor CU to enable the IAB node to establish the second signaling connection with the target IAB donor CU. The IAB node may transmit, to the target IAB donor CU, a request to establish the second signaling connection with the target IAB donor CU based at least in part on the trigger. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a central entity may determine a set of schedulable resources for a plurality of links associated with a plurality of nodes of a multi-link network; and may provide scheduling information to the plurality of nodes to schedule communication on the plurality of links based at least in part on determining the set of schedulable resources. In some aspects, a node of a network may determine an extended slot format indicator for the node based at least in part on a received extended slot format indicator of a parent node of the node and a received null adjust request from a child node of the node; may provide the determined extended slot format indicator to the child node; and may provide the received null adjust request to the parent node. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus of a network node are provided. The network node may receive, from a second network node, a routing configuration that maps a packet to a routing identifier (ID) based on a first header in the packet. The network node may receive a packet from a pre-hop node, the packet including the first header with a first address and a second header with a second address. The network node may determine that the second address matches an address of the first network node and that the first address mismatches an Internet protocol (IP) address of the first network node. The network node may replace, based on the received routing configuration and based on the address match and address mismatch determination, the second header with a third header, the third header including the routing ID.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein relate to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a node or a base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may receive, via a first set of resources, communication including at least one data packet, the first set of resources allocated for a reception entity of the node. The apparatus may also decode, at the reception entity, the at least one data packet during a decoding period, the decoding period including a decoding start time and a decoding completion time. Additionally, the apparatus may transmit, via a second set of resources, the communication including the at least one data packet to a next hop node, the second set of resources allocated for a forwarding entity of the node, at least one first resource overlapping with at least one second resource.
