Abstract: A first resource assignment can be received in a first TTI. A first set of resources for receiving a first portion of a first DL user data in the first TTI can be determined based on the first resource assignment. A second set of resources for receiving a second portion of the first DL user data in the first TTI can be determined based on the first resource assignment. A resource location of a first DMRS associated with the first portion of the first DL user data in the first set of resources can be determined. A resource location of a second DMRS associated with the second portion of the first DL user data in the second set of resources can be determined. The first DL user data corresponding to at least a first TB can be received from the network in the first TTI in the first and second set of resources. The first portion of the first DL user data in the first set of resources can be demodulated. The first portion of the first DL user data can be demodulated based on the first DMRS. The second portion of the first DL user data can be demodulated based on the second DMRS. A second resource assignment can be received in a second TTI. A third set of resources for receiving a first portion of a second DL user data in the second TTI can be determined based on the second resource assignment. A fourth set of resources for receiving a second portion of the second DL user data in the second TTI can be determined based on the second resource assignment. A resource location of a third DMRS associated with the second portion of the second DL user data in the fourth set of resources can be determined. The second DL user data corresponding to at least a second TB can be received from the network in the second TTI in the third and fourth set of resources. The first portion of the second DL user data can be demodulated based on the first DMRS. The second portion of the second DL user data can be demodulated based on at least the third DMRS.

Abstract: A channel state information request requesting a device to feedback channel state information can be received. Whether the channel state information request corresponds to regular latency based operation or reduced latency based operation can be determined. Channel state information can be derived based on a first reference resource when the channel state information request corresponds to regular latency based operation. Channel state information can be derived based on a second reference resource when the channel state information request corresponds to reduced latency based operation. The reduced latency based operation can have a latency less than the regular latency based operation. The derived channel state information can be reported to a network.

Abstract: A set of information can be transmitted via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). First information of the set of information can schedule at least one transmission on a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and during at least one slot. Second information of the set of information can indicate at least one orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol during the at least one slot and a set of frequency resources associated with the at least one OFDM symbol. The at least one transmission can be transmitted on the PDSCH. The at least one transmission on the PDSCH can be rate-matched around the set of frequency resources.

Abstract: A configuration can be received that configures a UE with a single configured CSI process for a serving cell. A highest CQI index value can be derived for which a single PDSCH TB with a combination of corresponding modulation scheme and TB size is received with a TB error probability not exceeding a target TB BLER value. The single PDSCH transport block can occupy a CSI reference resource. A CSI request can be received in either a subslot or a subframe. The CSI reference resource can be defined by the subslot in which the CSI request is received if the CSI request is received in the subslot. The CSI reference resource can be defined by the subframe in which the CSI is received if the CSI request is received in the subframe.

The apparatus includes a transmitter that transmits the first semi-persistent scheduling resource assignment using a first semi-persistent scheduling radio network identifier, and transmits the second semi-persistent scheduling resource assignment using a second semi-persistent scheduling radio network identifier.

Abstract: A resource allocation assignment for a set of scheduled TTIs can be received from a network in a first TTI belonging to the set of scheduled TTIs. A first set of resources for receiving a first portion and a second set of resources for receiving a second portion of a first downlink user data in the first TTI can be determined based on the resource allocation assignment. The first downlink user data corresponding to at least a first transport block in the first and the second set of resources can be received. A third set of resources for receiving a first portion and a fourth set of resources for receiving a second portion of a second downlink user data in a second TTI belonging to the set of scheduled TTIs can be determined based on the resource allocation assignment. The second downlink user data corresponding to at least a second transport block in the third and the fourth set of resources can be received.

Abstract: A configuration that configures a set of SPDCCH candidates can be received. Abstract: A first set of control decoding candidates corresponding to a first transmit time interval length in a subframe can be monitored when a device is not configured to communicate using a second transmit time interval length in the subframe. The second transmit time interval length can be shorter than the first transmit time interval length. A second set of control decoding candidates corresponding to the first transmit time interval length in the subframe can be monitored when the device is configured to communicate using the second transmit time interval length in the subframe. The first and the second sets can be different. A number of candidates in the second set can be less than a number of candidates in the first set.
